Translator’s Note: I am not commenting upon the Gaza issue – this post in general addresses this – but rather the ideas pertaining to the Communist Parties linked to the Greek-led “Internationalist” movement. This arose sometime after 1991 and has nothing to do with the Lenin’s 3rd International which was abolished in 1943 (as half the world was killing the other half – and the US and UK demanded the USSR offer some kind of ideological concession for a post-WWII world). The Communist Party of Britain (CPB) always used to claim it was “Marxist-Leninist” in public – whilst in private all its policies were Trotskyite and dismissive of Bolshevism (many members used to openly call for the “re-Bolshevism” of the Party). Most of the post-1991 “Communist Parties” view Bolshevism (which the upper echelons view as “Stalinism” – as if there is something wrong with that ideology) as being a “vote-loser” and so tend to avoid it. This is why I am sceptical about the claims of “Bolshevism” contained in this statement. These “Communist Parties” do not support Russia’s anti-fascist war in East Ukraine – but view it as “imperialist” – a true Trotskyite position. Beware of Greeks bearing gifts – as we say in England! The 34th International Camp of the Communist Youth of Greece (KNE), the youth wing of the Communist Party of Greece, was successfully held in Alissos, Peloponnese, from July 2 to 6, 2025. The events culminated on Friday, July 4, with a political march in the city of Patras, and an anti-imperialist demonstration in front of the military base in Araxos on Saturday, July 5.

A warm Bolshevik greeting
Sent by the Palestinian Communist Youth Union and the Palestinian Communist Party to the comrades in the Communist Party of Greece and its youth, those who, despite all pressures and challenges, hold fast to revolutionary principles and carry the banner of Marxism-Leninism high in the face of a world order based on plunder, exploitation, and war.
Today we meet at this international militant camp under the slogan: “With the peoples for freedom and against the system of injustice and war,” at a historical moment when the contradictions of the global imperialist system are intensifying, revealing the fragility of late capitalism, deepening its structural, economic, and environmental crises, and accelerating the pace of war, starvation, and plunder of peoples.
And at the heart of this global scene, Palestine remains the living embodiment of the world’s division between two camps: the camp of imperialist and Zionist exploitation, and the camp of resistance and liberation.
The Zionist occupation is not merely a local colonial phenomenon; it is a bridgehead for the imperialist project in our region, a functional tool in the hands of global capital, securing its interests, reinforcing the logic of dependency, and imposing an economic model based on the oppression of the Palestinian proletariat, transforming it into cheap, exploited, and suppressed labour power in the service of capitalist settlement monopolies.
The occupation is not based solely on the force of arms, but on a complete network of economic, political, and cultural structures aimed at crushing national identity, destroying the possibilities for independent development, and transforming the Palestinian human being into a crushed entity between the hammer of colonialism and the anvil of capitalism.
Despite all this, our people’s struggle has not ceased; rather, it has become more radical and more convinced of the inevitability of revolutionary change.
From our Marxist-Leninist perspective, we see that the internal contradictions created by the occupation – forced displacement, ethnic cleansing, genocide, and bloody repression – open up the space for the explosion of class and national consciousness, creating the conditions for revolutionary eruption.
From the heart of pain, consciousness emerges; from beneath the rubble, dignity rises; and from within oppression, hope is born.
Our people’s struggle, when understood within the horizon of revolutionary national liberation, becomes an organic part of the international march against the imperialist capitalist system.
We do not fight our battle alone; we consider ourselves at the forefront of the front of the world’s peoples, struggling from Chile to the Philippines, from Cuba to South Africa, and from Athens to Jenin.
Our comrades in the Communist Party of Greece, we look upon you with pride. You have never been mere solidarity supporters, but partners in the march, and exemplars of steadfastness, clarity, and loyalty to the principles of revolution. Our theoretical and militant unity is an expression of the unity of class destiny and a shared conviction that socialism is not a postponed dream, but a present necessity for the salvation of humanity and its planet.
No matter how intense the repression, how much the enemies conspire, and how much the regimes collude, the pole of the peoples is rising. History is not written with the pen of the powerful, but forged by the hands of the masses when they organize themselves, arm their consciousness, and subordinate the moment to their liberation project.
With every popular uprising, every workers’ strike, and every student outcry, the illusion of the “end of history” crumbles, and the features of a new world – just, free, and socialist – emerge on the horizon.
Let us prove today that the unity of the international proletariat and national liberation movements is not merely a political alliance, but a necessary condition for the victory of the revolution.
Long live free and red Palestine.
Long live the struggle of peoples for socialism.
Long live Marxism-Leninism.

عُقد المخيم الأممي الرابع والثلاثون للشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية (KNE)، الجناح الشبابي للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، بنجاح في مدينة أليسوس في منطقة بيلوبونيز من 2 إلى 6 يوليو 2025. وتوّجت الفعاليات يوم الجمعة 4 يوليو بمسيرة سياسية في مدينة باتراس، بالإضافة إلى مظاهرة مناهضة للإمبريالية أمام القاعدة العسكرية في أراكسوس يوم السبت 5 يوليو.

تحية بولشفية حارة
يُرسلها اتحاد الشبيبة الشيوعية الفلسطينية والحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني إلى الرفاق في الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني وشبيبته، أولئك الذين يثبتون، رغم كل الضغوط والتحديات، على المبادئ الثورية، ويحملون راية الماركسية-اللينينية عاليةً في مواجهة نظام عالمي قائم على النهب والاستغلال والحرب.
نلتقي اليوم في هذا المخيم الأممي النضالي تحت شعار: “مع الشعوب من أجل الحرية وضد نظام الظلم والحرب”، في لحظة تاريخية تتكثف فيها تناقضات النظام الإمبريالي العالمي، حيث تظهر هشاشة الرأسمالية المتأخرة، وتتعمق أزماتها البنيوية والاقتصادية والبيئية، وتتسارع وتيرة سياسات الحرب والتجويع ونهب الشعوب.
وفي قلب هذا المشهد العالمي، تبقى فلسطين التجسيد الحيّ لانقسام العالم بين معسكرَين: معسكر الاستغلال الإمبريالي والصهيوني، ومعسكر المقاومة والتحرر.
فالاحتلال الصهيوني ليس مجرد ظاهرة استعمارية محلية، بل هو رأس جسر للمشروع الإمبريالي في منطقتنا، وأداة وظيفية في يد رأس المال العالمي، يؤمّن مصالحه، ويعزز منطق التبعية، ويفرض نموذجًا اقتصاديًا قائمًا على قهر البروليتاريا الفلسطينية وتحويلها إلى قوة عمل رخيصة، مُستغلة، مقموعة، في خدمة احتكارات الاستيطان الرأسمالي.
إن الاحتلال لا يقوم فقط على قوة السلاح، بل على شبكةٍ كاملة من البنى الاقتصادية والسياسية والثقافية، التي تهدف إلى سحق الهوية الوطنية، وتدمير إمكانيات التنمية المستقلة، وتحويل الإنسان الفلسطيني إلى كائن مسحوق بين مطرقة الاستعمار وسندان الرأسمالية.
ورغم كل ذلك، فإن نضال شعبنا لم يتوقف، بل ازداد جذرية وإيمانًا بحتمية التغيير الثوري.
فنحن، انطلاقًا من قراءتنا الماركسية-اللينينية، نرى أن التناقضات الداخلية التي يخلقها الاحتلال، من تهجير قسري، وتطهير عرقي، وإبادة جماعية، وقمع دموي، تفتح في ذاتها المجال لتفجّر الوعي الطبقي والقومي، وتخلق شروط الانفجار الثوري.
من قلب الألم ينبثق الوعي، ومن تحت الأنقاض تنهض الكرامة، ومن داخل القهر يولد الأمل.
إن نضال شعبنا الفلسطيني، حين يُدرَك ضمن أفق التحرر الوطني الثوري، يصبح جزءًا عضويًا من المسيرة الأممية ضد النظام الرأسمالي الإمبريالي.
نحن لا نخوض معركتنا وحدنا، بل نعتبر أنفسنا في طليعة جبهة شعوب العالم، التي تناضل من تشيلي إلى الفلبين، ومن كوبا إلى جنوب إفريقيا، ومن أثينا إلى جنين.
رفاقنا في الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، ننظر إليكم باعتزاز، فأنتم لم تكونوا يومًا مجرد متضامنين، بل شركاء في المسيرة، وأمثولة في الثبات والوضوح والوفاء لمبادئ الثورة. إن التحامنا النظري والنضالي هو تعبير عن وحدة المصير الطبقي، وعن قناعة مشتركة بأن الاشتراكية ليست حلمًا مؤجلاً، بل ضرورة راهنة لإنقاذ الإنسان وكوكبه.
مهما اشتد القمع، وتكالب الأعداء، وتآمرت الأنظمة، فإن قطب الشعوب ينهض، والتاريخ لا يُكتَب بقلم الأقوياء، بل يُصاغ بسواعد الجماهير حين تنظم نفسها، وتسلّح وعيها، وتُخضع اللحظة لصالح مشروعها التحرري.
ومع كل انتفاضة شعبية، وكل إضراب عمالي، وكل صرخة طلابية، يتساقط وهم “نهاية التاريخ”، وتتشكل في الأفق ملامح عالم جديد، عادل، حر، اشتراكي.
فلنُثبِت اليوم أن وحدة البروليتاريا الأممية وحركات التحرر الوطني ليست مجرّد تحالف سياسي، بل شرط لازم لانتصار الثورة.
عاشت فلسطين حرة حمراء.
عاش نضال الشعوب من أجل الاشتراكية.
عاشت الماركسية-اللينينية.
فلتسقط الإمبريالية والصهيونية والرجعية العربية.
