Khalil al-Hayya, head of the Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip, said on Thursday evening that “the leadership of the Hamas movement and the resistance factions were keen to stop the barbaric aggression and war of extermination against the Gaza Strip. We worked for more than a year and a half of arduous negotiations to achieve this goal until we reached the January 17 agreement with its three stages.”
In his speech, Al-Hayya pointed out that the movement and the Palestinian factions had fulfilled all their obligations under this agreement, but Netanyahu and his government had reneged on the agreement before the first phase was completed, and resumed committing the most heinous crimes and forms of genocide through killing, destruction, and starvation.
He explained: “The mediators have contacted us again to find a way out of the crisis created by Netanyahu and his government. We agreed to their proposal at the end of Ramadan, despite our conviction that Netanyahu insists on continuing the war and aggression to protect his political future. This was confirmed after Netanyahu rejected the mediators’ proposal, which we had agreed to.”
Al-Hayya explained that Netanyahu’s response to the mediators’ proposal was a proposal with untenable conditions, which would not lead to a ceasefire or a withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.
Al-Hayya affirmed the movement’s readiness to immediately begin negotiations on a comprehensive package, whereby all prisoners held by the resistance and an agreed-upon number of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails would be released, in exchange for a complete cessation of the war against our people, a full withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, the commencement of reconstruction, and an end to the blockade.
He pointed out that the partial agreements are being used by Netanyahu and his government as cover for his political agenda, which is based on continuing the war of extermination and starvation, even if the price is the sacrifice of all his prisoners, and we will not be part of implementing this policy.
Al-Hayya stressed that resistance and its weapons are linked to the existence of the occupation, and are a natural right for our people and all peoples under occupation.
He added: “We welcome the position of Mr. Adam Boehler, US President Trump’s special envoy, to end the issue of prisoners and the war together, which intersects with the movement’s position of readiness to reach a comprehensive agreement on a single prisoner exchange package, in exchange for a cessation of the war, the occupation’s withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, and reconstruction.”
At the end of his speech, Al-Hayya called on the international community to intervene immediately and exert the necessary pressure to end the unjust siege on our people in the Gaza Strip, noting that more than two million people are being subjected to genocide by starvation and are being deprived of all the necessities of human life, which are considered a legitimate right, guaranteed under international law and international humanitarian law without any restrictions or conditions.

الحية: مستعدون للبدء بمفاوضات الرزمة الشاملة مقابل الوقف التام للحرب
قال رئيس حركة حماس في قطاع غزة خليل الحية، مساء يوم الخميس، إنّ “قيادة حركة حماس وفصائل المقاومةِ، حرصت على وقف العدوان الهمجي وحرب الإبادة على قطاع غزة، وعمِلنا على مدى أكثرَ من عام ونصف من المفاوضات المُضنية لتحقيق هذا الهدف حتى وصلنا لاتفاق السابع عشر من يناير بمراحله الثلاث”.
وأشار الحية في كلمةٍ له، إلى أنّ الحركة والفصائل الفلسطينية أوفت بالتزاماتها كافة في إطار هذا الاتفاق، غير أنّ نتنياهو وحكومته انقلبا على الاتفاق قُبيل استكمال المرحلة الأولى منه، واستأنف ارتكاب أبشع الجرائم وأصناف الإبادة الجماعية، عبر القتل والهدم والتجويع.
وأوضح: “الوسطاء عادوا للتواصل معنا لإيجاد مخرج من الأزمةِ التي افتعلها نتنياهو وحكومته، وقد وافقنا على مقترحهم نهاية شهرِ رمضان، رغم قناعتنا بأنّ نتنياهو يصرُّ على استمرار الحرب والعدوانِ لحماية مستقبلِه السياسي، الأمر الذي تأكد بعدما رفض نتنياهو مقترحَ الوسطاء الذي وافقنا عليه”.
وبين الحية أنّ رد نتنياهو على مقترح الوسطاء بمقترح يحمل شروطاً تعجيزية، ولا يؤدي لوقف الحرب أو الانسحاب من قطاع غزة.
وأكد الحية استعداد الحركة للبدء الفوري في مفاوضات الرزمة الشاملة، بحيث يتم إطلاق سراحِ جميعِ الأسرى لدى المقاومة، وعدد متفق عليه من الأسرى الفلسطينيين في سجون الاحتلال، مقابل الوقف التام للحرب على شعبِنا، والانسحابِ الكامل من القطاع، مع بدء الإعمارِ وإنهاء الحصار.
ولفت إلى أنّ الاتفاقات الجزئية يستعملها نتنياهو وحكومته غطاءً لأجندته السياسية، القائمةِ على استمرار حرب الإبادة والتجويع، حتى لو كان الثمن التضحيةَ بأسراه جميعاً، ولن نكون جزءًا من تمرير هذه السياسة.
وشدد الحية على أنّ المقاومةَ وسلاحَها مرتبط بوجود الاحتلال، وهي حق طبيعي لشعبنا وكلِ الشعوب الواقعةِ تحتَ الاحتلال.
وأضاف: “نرحب بموقف السيد “آدم بولر” المبعوث الخاص للرئيس الأمريكي “ترامب”، بإنهاء ملفِ الأسرى والحربِ معًا، الذي يتقاطع مع موقفِ الحركة بالاستعداد للتوصلِ لاتفاقية شاملة حول تبادلِ الأسرى رزمة واحدة، مقابل وقف الحرب وانسحابِ الاحتلال من قطاع غزة وإعادةِ الإعمار”.
وفي ختام حديثه طالب الحية المجتمعَ الدوليَ بالتدخلِ الفوري وممارسةِ الضغوطِ اللازمة، لإنهاء الحصارِ الظالم على شعبِنا في قطاع غزة، مشيرًا إلى أنه يتعرض أكثرُ من مليوني إنسان للإبادة بالتجويع، وجميعِ مستلزمات الحياة الإنسانية، التي تُعتبر حقاً مشروعاً، ومكفولاً وفق القانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني دون قيد أو شرط.
