Media Office of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Lebanon
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine affirms that the statements of the US White House, which claimed that “Israel has taken measures to deal with the American demands regarding the humanitarian situation in Gaza,” are blatant lies aimed at covering up the occupation’s ongoing crimes against our people in Gaza.
These statements represent the insistence of the criminal American administration on actual participation in the genocide and systematic starvation war being practiced against our steadfast people.
These American statements are not new; since October 7 of last year until today, the American administration has issued dozens of false statements, trying to exonerate the occupation from the war crimes it is committing against civilians, while continuing to support the entity with internationally prohibited weapons and full political cover for its crimes.
These American statements about the humanitarian situation contradict the testimonies of American relief organizations themselves, which confirmed that the occupation did not fulfill its legal obligations to provide adequate relief to civilians in Gaza, but rather obstructed the entry of humanitarian aid, which led to an increase in deaths and suffering of civilians and conditions reaching the brink of famine for approximately 800,000 Palestinians in the Strip.
The Front asked: Why do these American organizations not dare to hold the American administration itself responsible for continuing the policy of starvation against our people, as long as they are able to accurately diagnose the Zionist behaviour?
The Front calls for the return of popular momentum to the American street to pressure this criminal administration to stop its support for the crimes of the occupation and the war of starvation. It also calls on universities, unions, and all progressive groups to rise up again in the face of this American support for the ongoing Zionist crimes against our people.

تؤكد الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين أن تصريحات البيت الأبيض الأمريكي، التي زعمت أن “إسرائيل اتخذت إجراءات للتعامل مع المطالب الأميركية بشأن الوضع الإنساني في غزة”، هي أكاذيب وقحة هدفها التغطية على جرائم الاحتلال المستمرة ضد شعبنا في غزة.
هذه التصريحات تُمثّل إصرارًا من الإدارة الأمريكية المجرمة على المشاركة الفعلية في الإبادة الجماعية وحرب التجويع الممنهجة التي تُمارس بحق شعبنا الصامد.
هذه التصريحات الأمريكية ليست جديدة؛ فمنذ السابع من أكتوبر العام الماضي وحتى اليوم، تطلق الإدارة الأمريكية عشرات التصريحات الزائفة، محاولةً فيها تبرئة الاحتلال من جرائم الحرب التي يرتكبها ضد المدنيين، في الوقت الذي تواصل فيه دعمها للكيان بالسلاح المحرم دولياً، والغطاء السياسي الكامل لجرائمه.
تتناقض هذه التصريحات الأمريكية حول الوضع الإنساني مع شهادات منظمات إغاثة أميركية نفسها، والتي أكدت أن الاحتلال لم يفِ بالتزاماته القانونية لتقديم الإغاثة الكافية للمدنيين في غزة، بل يعرقل دخول المساعدات الإنسانية، مما أدى إلى تزايد الوفيات ومعاناة المدنيين ووصول الظروف إلى حافة المجاعة لما يقارب 800 ألف فلسطيني في القطاع.
وتساءلت الجبهة: لماذا لا تجرؤ هذه المنظمات الأميركية على تحميل الإدارة الأمريكية ذاتها مسؤولية مواصلة سياسة التجويع ضد شعبنا، ما دامت قادرة على تشخيص السلوك الصهيوني بدقة؟
تدعو الجبهة إلى عودة الزخم الجماهيري للشارع الأميركي للضغط على هذه الإدارة المجرمة، من أجل وقف دعمها لجرائم الاحتلال وحرب التجويع. كما تدعو الجامعات والنقابات، وكل المجموعات التقدمية إلى الانتفاض مرة أخرى في وجه هذا الدعم الأميركي للجرائم الصهيونية المستمرة بحق شعبنا.
