Far-Right Win Election in Germany!

East Germany: Far-Right “Alternative für Deutschland” Wins Thuringia State Election! (2.8.2024)

Blogger’s Note: The US drove the Reunification of Germany post-1991 as part of the destruction of Socialism in the USSR and the Communist Bloc (the latter of which included East Germany). The anti-Socialist propaganda in Germany and the West was intense – with the East German Revolutionary Police (“Stasi”) being falsely depicted as simply a new version of the “SS” – which makes no ideological sense. The Stasi was tasked with carefully uprooting all aspects of Nazism from East German society – a very difficult task – which was education-led. The US termed this task as being “oppressive” and “despotic”. Fake biographical books were manufactured alongside documentaries and fictional dramas presented as fact (“life in East Germany was so bad!”) – one even involving the British-Indian actor Ben Kingsley! The misrepresentation of East Germany was nothing but an attack on the process of Anti-Fascist activity – a policy which still exists today (“Anti-Fascism” is the enemy of humanity). Furthermore, as the East German population benefitted from their Socialist System – the US perpetuated the myth of “mass rape” against German women carried-out by the Soviet Red Army – an atrocity no one in Germany (the supposed effective areas) new anything about. Anthony Beevor in the UK – whose work is banned in Russia – inserted this false narrative into his 1992 book regarding the “Fall of Belin”! Since 1992, the US has pumped anarchy, hedonism, far-right ideology and extremist religion into East Germany – the same policy that was followed in Russia and the former Soviet Union to the rise of Putin (who put an end to it). This is why the “far-right” has finally won a liberal, democratic election in East Germany. ACW (2.9.2024)

In a significant political shift, German right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party secured its first-ever victory in a state election on Sunday.

BERLIN, Sept. 1 (Xinhua) — In a significant political shift, German right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party secured its first-ever victory in a state election on Sunday.

According to preliminary results released on Sunday night, the party garnered 32.8 percent of the vote in East Germany’s state of Thuringia, becoming the strongest force in the state parliament.

The AfD’s triumph comes amidst growing discontent with the current federal government, a coalition of the Social Democratic Party, the Greens, and the Free Democratic Party.

Trailing behind the AfD in Thuringia was the conservative Christian Democratic Union (CDU) with 23.6 percent of the vote.

However, the AfD’s path to forming a government is difficult. Other major parties have ruled out any possibility of collaboration with AfD.

The AfD demonstrated similar strength in Saxony, where elections were also held on Sunday, narrowly trailing the CDU.

Additionally, the newly formed Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance (BSW) came third in both Thuringia and Saxony. Most of the BSW’s founding members had belonged to the Left Party.

Another eastern German state, Brandenburg, is scheduled to hold state elections later this month. Polls indicate that the AfD is currently leading as well.

Nevertheless, the established “firewall” against cooperating with the AfD maintained by other parties suggests that the subsequent coalition negotiations in these states will likely be fraught with complexities.
