Ravinder was first arrested in July 2015. The police, at the time, were investigating only the disappearance of a six-year-old girl from her residence in Begumpur. Ravinder’s arrest, from Kanjhawala, led them to the girl’s body and a confession that he raped her after strangling her to death.

But during interrogations, Ravinder made a series of startling revelations that stunned the city’s police force. He said that he had raped or murdered at least 36 children over eight years, between 2007, when he was 17 years old, and 2015.

The police initially refused to believe him, but were swayed after his “vivid and accurate” descriptions of the incidents, said an investigator aware of the matter.

Vikramjit Singh, additional police commissioner (New Delhi), was deputy commissioner of police of Outer Delhi when Ravinder was arrested and called the 32-year-old “a cold-blooded killer with no sense of guilt or remorse.”

I was studying the reading (interpretation) of ancient and traditional Chinese ideograms with my teacher – Richard Hunn (1949-2006) – between 1989 and 2006 (as a private student). An offshoot of this was the mastering of the modern (simplified) Chinese text and its corresponding “pinyin” (spell-hear) phonetic alphabet. Since 1949, the Communist Party of China (CPC) has worked wonders reversing the 90% illiteracy-rate and turning it completely around. Today, throughout the entirety of China (a big place) around 90% of the people are literate with some elderly and/or disabled people suffering various (understandable) barriers to being able to read and write. In these cases, various literate citizens are tasked with reading and writing for these individuals – so as to ensure that all their rights are fully pursued and applied under the 1956 Socialist Constitution (and its various updates and improvements).

Yes – the scum of the earth – but without the balls ever to do anything to rectify the mess they represent. There is no equivalent of the French Foreign Legion for these deficients – because its “foreign” – and they do not like foreign things. This degenerate scum could not discipline themselves even if their lives depended upon it. There’s no point conscripting these morons as they would weaken any national army. These degenerates would simply look messy when they fall down in a disorganised heap – blaming everyone else for the problems they themselves are creating.

It underscores the aggressive nature of American imperialism and global Zionism, which does not hesitate to use all illegal means to undermine the development of peoples and their right to possess peaceful technology. From 1942-1945 he fought everyday in the North Atlantic. Recently, the “Russian Arctic Convoy Museum” – voted to remove the word “Russian” from its title – can you believe that? I stood with Veterans of these fine and brave men at the Soviet War Memorial in the grounds of the Imperial War Museum – and everyone of them had a positive viewpoint of the USSR and Russia. Like my grandfather (Arthur Gibson) these brave men were not permitted to march at the London Cenotaph (primarily by the Royal British Legion) due to their association with the Soviet Union. Ironically, the Soviet War Memorial was unveiled in 1999 – when “New” Labour was still pretending to be “left-wing”! Finally, all those loyal British military Veterans who had fought alongside our Soviet allies during WWII – were permitted a spot where they could finally parade and carry their flags with honour and dignity!
