Russell Brand could have stayed on YouTube – which recently ‘demonetised’ his content – but instead has chosen to shift the burden of his output to ‘Rumble’! Rumble is an emerging video-based social media platform that is competing for a share of the advertising market YouTube currently dominates and other similar organisations seek to break into. More than this, however, but Rumble, as of the 23.0.2023, has refused to ‘demonetise’ Russell Brand’s content and so it has become the de facto platform of choice for Brand and the vast network of corporate support that still surrounds him. Should the allegations transition from ‘vacuous’ to ‘substantiated’ – watch for Russell Brand to be ‘cancelled’ everywhere and reduced to the powerless individual he currently pretends to be.
Russell Brand could well have enquired of his management staff ‘Where’s the money at?’ – and these individuals would have to have advised ‘Rumble’ – as ‘Telegram’ and ‘Odysee’ (as alternative social media sites) are too obviously connected with the political far-right Russell Brand flirts with, but pretends to have nothing to do with. Like good and conditioned autobots (every ‘Spell-Check’ in the world is telling me this is NOT a word) – millions of YouTube subscribers have made their way through the search-engines to Rumble – and by making use of that evolutionary wonder termed an ‘opposable thumb’ have ‘connected’ with what many are calling ‘Cuddly Russell’! Of course, his house of cards will come tumbling-down should the allegations of rape be proven in a Court of law – but will they? This is the hope that is driving his continued support – much of which is deriving from the ‘anti-woman’ ideology of the far-right!
Until this impasse is reached, the British media has made it clear that Russell Brand is ‘Guilty’ until proven ‘Guilty’ – and that ‘we’ the public should act accordingly in recognition of this act. If we do not – the implication is that every single one of us has colluded with any alleged crime that may (or may not) have been committed (as if we were goading him on from behind the sofa) – and like Russell will be queuing-up at our local medical centres for swabs and DNA tests to be made! In the case of Russell Brand, support equals collusion, but this is nothing new when interacting with the Bourgeois State – a point Brand seems to recognise during his monents of flirting with the left – which he abandons and ignores when the Hitlerites gain the upper-hand (possibly in his dressing-room). The purpose of my reporting is to keep a consistent criticism of Brand’s anti-leftist stance (which will retrospectively stands-up whether or not he is sat in a prison cell this time next year)!
