Author’s Note: ‘Kate Shemirani’ was a State Registered Nurse (SRN) who was trained free of charge by the British government to work in the ‘National Health Service’ (NHS). The NHS is a ‘Socialist’ healthcare provider founded in 1948 by the incumbent Labour Party. The structure and function of the NHS was copied from the model of healthcare provided in the Soviet Union. Healthcare is delivered ‘free at the point of use’ and is paid for through collective taxation. This approach allows for the rich and the poor to receive exactly the same standard of ‘professional’ healthcare – with the ‘collective’ financing the ‘individual’. This system works simply because not everyone is ‘ill’ all the time – but everyone contributes all the time – and a bulwark of medical finance is thus amassed. High-quality healthcare and investment can then be assured. When Kate Shemirani trained in the NHS – trainees received completely ‘free’ bed, board and training. Kate Shemirani is also from the generation of women who used to receive 24-hour child care, generous personal allowances and were granted a ‘free’ NHS-owned house or flat when graduated – for them and their families to live in (this was considered part of their pay).
Now the NHS is being ‘privatised’ – Kate Shemirani has decided to attack it – and instead take her freely acquired nursing knowledge into the ‘private’ sector to make more money! Kate Shemirani has mixed her genuine nursing knowledge with all kinds of pseudo-scientism nonsense! Meanwhile, Kate Shemirani has been pushed to the extremes of social media – posting anti-Doctor, anti-Socialist and pro-gun propaganda to the audience of deficients that follow her fascistic rhetoric (guns, of course, are thankfully ‘illegal’ in the UK)! Kate Shemirani was ‘Suspended’ by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in 2020 – and due to her continuous re-offending – was ‘Struck-Off‘ in 2021. This means that her ‘Personal Identification Number’ (PIN = 84K0043S) which confirms her nursing qualification and allows her to practice within the NHS was a) ‘Suspended’ (2020) and b) permanently ‘Struck-Off‘ (2021).
Kate Shemirani is obviously suffering from mental health issues and a stint in a prison or hospital might do her good! At some point in this madness – Kate Shemirani founded the irrelevant ‘British Nursing Association’ – which has a Telegram presence. Kate Shemirani likes to post anti-Chinese racism throughout her musings and like any narcissist – hates being contradicted! NHS medical Staff are HEROES! The Communist Party of China (CPC) is a miraculous People’s Movement! Indeed, when the Tory government would not give my partner – Gee – a mask to wear at work, our friends in China sent us a large box! This selfless action – perpetuated by citizens of a ‘Communist’ country – saved Gee’s life, saved my life and saved the lives of our children! I suspect a far-right conspiracy theorist believes they have ‘really made it!’- when their pseudo-nursing union gets a mention on the page of ‘Nick Griffin‘ (Das ‘Fuhrer’)! Both Kay and Nick are peddling the idea that the supposed ‘racial purity’ of the Amish community throughout the US – a group that has not worn masks and has not been vaccinated! I suspect that as these ‘White’ (religious) groups were given ‘exemption’ from having to follow US law, pay taxes, join the military and submit to control by a Police force hundreds of years ago – they were NOT required to conform to the Covid-19 Emergency Regulations. It is interesting to note that Native Americans were NOT granted the same rights in the country they own.
Whilst thousands of British NHS Staff were refused PPE by the Tory government between 2019-2020 – (catching Covid-19 and dying) – Kay Allison Wright (better known as ‘Kate Shemirani’) – addressed rabid far-right (racist) crowds, calling for the NHS Staff who were risking their lives to be ‘arrested’ and ‘charged’ with ‘Crimes Against Humanity’! Whilst this coward basked in the glory of fascist (anti-intellectual) approval – thousands of brave NHS Staff (betrayed by a Tory government) caught Covid-19 and died! Kate Shemirani – being the control freak that she is (she literally ‘orders’ people to read her posts) – has attempted to add insult to injury by suggesting the ‘Deceased’ should be post-humorously ‘Charged’ with ‘Crimes Against Humanity’!
The US anti-intellectual ‘Wikipedia’ quotes the Jewish Chronicle as stating that Kate Shemirani advocates a mixture of far-right and far-left political viewpoints and conspiracy theories. This is the same ‘Jewish Chronicle’ which remains ‘silent’ about Israel’s support for Neo-Nazi Ukraine – or IDF Veterans joining the AFU and filmed marching down the street in Kyiv throwing out straight-armed salutes! Kate Shemirani – and her movement – is NOT ‘left’ or ‘far-left’ and it is a deliberate Zionist lie to package her fascism as being such! The Jewish Chronicle takes this rhetorical position because the so-called ‘far-left’ routinely supports the ‘non-White’ Palestinian Cause against the violent racism of the ‘White’ (Zionist-Fascist) Israeli Occupation!
NHS Staff are in a beleaguered position. The Tories have taken away every support and lowered their wages in real terms – in preparation for the final sell-off and closing-down of ‘free at the point of use’ services. As the government ‘cuts’ services – it encourages the public to blame the Staff – a policy which has diverted attention away from Tory responsibility! The Jewish Chronicle remained ‘silent’ about the British NHS being ‘sold’ to US healthcare companies – whilst Israelis still receive free healthcare as part of the Zionist plan to build a strong nation! Meanwhile, Kate Shemirani is a poster girl for the US ‘Son’s of Liberty‘ Radio channel – which is linked to ‘White Lives Matter’ and various other ‘White Supremacist’ movements!
