Dear comrades!
Dear present residents of Donbass!
The German Communist Party (and Alternative Presseschau) heartily congratulate you on a bright holiday, on the 100th anniversary of the Great
Socialist October Revolution. This is a historical event, the First Victorious Revolution of the Proletariat thoroughly changed not only Russia, but the whole world. The Revolution showed what a people free from oppression and led by the Communist Party can achieve. Free medical care and education, unimaginable achievements in the fields of science, technology and culture, the development of virgin lands and much more has become possible due to the fact that the October Revolution created the conditions for this. Also Victory in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945), the Liberation of European countries from fascism, the creation of the GDR and the entire Socialist Camp are also based on this event, the 100th anniversary of which we will celebrate this year. Even after the temporary victory of the counter-Revolution in the Socialist countries achievements remain in the memory and in the hearts of the peoples of the whole world in the pursuit of a fair, free society in which power is in the hands of the people.
Comrades, friends, comrades-in-arms, we are with you today to celebrate this holiday. Let the star of the Red October shine over the Donbass, over Europe and the world!
