Cuban Heart Loves the People!

Cuba: At the Heart of Socialist Education! (27.8.2026)

Then, in the itinerary, it was the turn of the “Cepero Bonilla” school. And finally, the Cuban President arrived at the Urgent Shelter, that space designed for children, adolescents or young people who are in a situation of extreme vulnerability to be protected quickly while specialists define a differentiated care strategy.

From this new foster care space – which is a kind of transition – minors can go to a Home, or to the bosom of a family, or a loved one who decides to adopt parental responsibility. For all children, the new school year and the value of learning is a common fortune.

This Wednesday morning, while Díaz-Canel toured the “Víbora” Popular Council in the capital’s municipality of Diez de Octubre, where there is more than one institution vital to human dignity, a truth remained standing while new cribs, tables, chairs, toys or backpacks could be seen: Cuba in Revolution does not abandon a single one of its children.

Cuba: Marrero Cruz – “The most Important & Difficult Stage Begins with the Implementation of the 176 National Transformations!” (31.7.2026)

Towards the end of his speech, he said that recently the Executive Committee of the Council of Ministers approved an important budget to pay the debts contracted by state entities with producers of milk, meat and other agricultural productions in order to settle the debts, information that will arrive in detail in the coming days to Cuban peasants.

The agricultural producer, district delegate and deputy for the Havana municipality of Arroyo Naranjo, Emilio Interián, told Parliament that he has no doubt that these measures will be the solution to many problems: “The decisions approved exceed those we proposed or came to think. Results will be seen by the day. Their impact will be short, but on their own they will not solve the most critical problems that the population suffers.”

At another point in his speech, the legislator recounted the vicissitudes that the population is experiencing due to the prolonged power cuts and was critical in denouncing a group of problems that, from his experience as a grassroots delegate, he faces in Arroyo Naranjo.

Cuban Women Support Socialism!

Cuba: Declaration of the Federation of Cuban Women! (28.4.2026)

The firmness and solidarity that characterizes us accompanies every victory. And as Cubans, on the centenary of Fidel, a historical reference of the nation, we will continue to defend all the justice conquered.

Today, here, together, we reaffirm that peace and homeland are inseparable from our life, our memory and our dignity. Our signing is not a formal gesture: it is an act of political awareness, a commitment to history and a message to the world that Cuba will continue to be a land of resistance, unity and hope.

Cuba Helps Jamaica!

Cuba: How – “Jorge” – Helped the Health & Well-Being of Jamaican Inhabitants! (8.4.2026)

I think this is typical of the hypocritical attitude of theistic religion, which is entirely selfish and self-serving. Bear in mind that Iraq was a secular Socialist State when it fought an 8-year war with Islamicist Iran (1980-1988). Politicised religion always acts this way. Whilst Neo-Nazi Ukraine is supported by the Catholic Church – Russia’s effort is backed by the Orthodox Church (I once encountered an Orthodox Priest at the Soviet War Memorial in London a few years ago – and had the feeling that I had experienced “pure evil”). This induced derision is exactly what politicised religion specialises in manufacturing. Trump is killing Cuba and Iran has been quite happy to falsely associate its Islamacist militancy with Cuba’s struggle when under attack by the West – but when Iran achieves the political upper-hand – Cuba’s (secukar Socialist) struggle is thrown in the bin. This is because theistic belief systems view secular Socialism as an attack on the literal accepting of religious teachings. Mark my words and learn from this. Israeli violence is entirely derived from its politicised religious beliefs – as the Israeli State also detests secular Socialism and acively works against it. Indeed, this would be an area of agreement between Iram, the US, and Israel. In another incarnation, Iran could be yet another Saudi Arabia!

Cuba: The Socialist Ambulance Service – The Sound of Life! (1.4.2026)

When you dial 104 on the phone, on the other end of the line not only operators answer. They answer stories. And, in Ciego de Ávila, these stories have not been written for more than a decade: that of a deceased on board an ambulance.

Reimundo Pineda Estrada, a graduate in Nursing – and in Economics – in charge of Human Resources at the Regional Ambulance Base of Ciego de Ávila, says it with the confidence of someone who knows every statistic, every route, every man and woman who makes up the Integrated Medical Emergency Service (SIUM) in the province, of which he is the founder.

“So far we have not had any loss of human life during the transfer to the healthcare centers,” he says. And the phrase, said like this, without fuss, weighs like an ingot. Because behind that statement there are ten years of statistics, two decades without a final sigh inside a mobile unit, with thousands of patients transferred within the province and outside it.

Ten years in more than 6,000 square kilometres of Ávila’s geography – and beyond the limits of the province – figures that no medical report can fully reflect.

Young Doctors Oppose US Blockade!

Cuba: Young Doctors Denounce the Criminal Impact of the Blockade! (31.3.2026)

Since 1948, the UK initiated a Soviet-style healthcare system paid for by collective taxation – and delivered free at the point of use for all people. Since 1979, however, various governments – including Labour, have bent to US and EU pressure to get rid of the NHS and replace it with a US style system of insurance-based care dependent upon income and status (the rich receive better care than the poor). The NHS is slowly being dismantled and replaced with a deficient, ruthless, and uncaring healthcare system designed to bankrupt an individual over just one injury or illness that needs specialist treatment. As a consequence, young GPs today trained in the UK think that free healthcare is immoral and that it is both natural and right for people to pay extortionate amounts of money for medical treatment. Eyes, eyes, and teeth already have completely been privatised and the body is following along. People are suffering in the UK during this transition. Between 1991-2000 around 10 million Russian people died from medical neglect following the rapid and sudden withdrawal of free health in the former Soviet Union. A similar situation must have existed in the fourteen other countries that comprised the USSR. The West ignored this atrocity (seeing it as natural) – whilst capitalist (Trotskyite) Russians treated it with a sense of denial. The US is currently attempting to destroy Cuban Socialism – and I think they are very close to achieving this objective. The capitalist world does not care and will accept all kinds of War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity – just as long as any form of Socialism is destroyed.
