China: The Luling Iron Cross (庐陵铁十字)! (24.4.2023) 

Although there is no physical evidence of a ‘Cross’ as such, there are a number of historical texts pertaining to it. In one such Chinese language text – the object concerned is referred to as the ‘Red Iron Cross Stand’ (赤铁十字架 – Chi Tie Shi Zi Jia) – as this seems to be its proper and original designation. Indeed, a more refined date relating to this unearthed (large) Iron ‘Cross’ is that of the fourth (ruling) ‘Era’ ascribed to the reign of Emperor Sun Wu – namely that of ‘赤乌’ or ‘Chi Wu’ – (238-250 CE). Therefore, the ‘Luling Iron Cross’, or the ‘Red Iron Cross Stand’ is said to have entered China at some point within these emphasised 12-years. It would seem that this ‘Cross’ was placed atop a burial mound at Luling – within which it eventually sank. Around 1,200 years later, for reasons that are not entirely clear, this burial mound was excavated – and this ‘Cross’ was rediscovered.

US Drama: Rabbit Hole (S1-E4) – The Person in Your Ear! (14.4.2023)

An important part of this narrative of stupidity is the falsehood that the political ‘Left’ is responsible for every abhorrent incident and occurrence – and that it is in everybody’s best interests to assist the Bourgeois Establishment in its combatting of this dark menace! To its credit, this TV drama ‘hints’ at this reality as a professionally trained Operative of the US government carries a political assassination – and then blames the incident upon ‘Communists’! He does tis by placing a rather substantial statue of VI Lenin on the desk of the deceased – in a conveniently obvious place for the Police and media to find and report! Once again – the ‘nasty’ Communists have committed yet another of their dastardly crimes!

Yellow Submarine: How Heinz Edelmann ‘Disinformed’ About the ‘Blue Meanies’! (11.4.2023)

As Heinz Edelmann had no direct input with the storyline, an interesting question is why he was permitted to state the false opinion (also included on the Blu-Ray but obviously recorded sometime ago) that the film ‘Yellow Submarine’ was ‘anti-Communist’ (it is not) – or that the ‘Blue Meanies’ were supposed to be the ‘Red Meanies’? He makes one further (ludicrous) claim – namely that there is ‘no difference’ between Nazi Germany and the USSR – an opinion straight out of the CIA handbook that defines and guides US anti-intellectualism! I suspect that if The Beatles had become aware of Heinz Edelmann’s ridiculous opinions at the time, they would have ‘withdrawn’ from the film and the project would have crashed and burned. If the casual reader peruses the internet today – Heinz Edelmann’s false opinion is strewn across endless websites – simply because that is what the agency of US anti-intellectualism wants the world to think! Thank goodness the music of The Beatles is stronger than these attempts at disinformation!

Laos Buddhist-Socialist Republic: Heads of the Foreign Relations Committees of the Central Lao-Cuba Communist Parties Meet Remotely! (11.4.2023)

The people of Laos also expressed recognition of the great achievements of the Cuban people under the resolute leadership of the Communist Party of Cuba over the past 60 years – especially those significant to the development of socio-economic construction! This is the continuation of the progressive results of the Revolution in the face of the unjust economic, commercial and financial blockade which the Americans have inflicted over the past six decades!

Appreciating the long-standing unity, friendship and cooperation between the two Communist Parties – the two Socialist States and the ordinary people of the two Lao-Cuban nations – as well as the two Foreign Relations Committees of the Central Party which have been enhanced! Let our two Socialist peoples become ever stronger day-by-day, and contribute significantly to the Revolutionary mission in the two countries of Laos and Cuba! Together, we can complete this mission of peace, friendship and cooperation for regional and international development!

The Progressive Nature of the Trans Movement! (11.4.2023) 

The intellectual and personality offensives are just two components successfully deployed by these ‘New’ Red Army Shock Troops! On other Fronts these soldiers for humanity are paying the ultimate price with their minds and bodies as the forces of reaction take their sanity, their health and their very lives! Many so-called Communist Parties throughout the world should be ashamed of themselves for failing to acknowledge the vitally important spiritual, physical and cultural force that the Trans Movement represents! Whilst a capitalist Russia fights Neo-Nazism in the Ukraine – its leaders and Church perpetuates the most hideous homophobia and transphobic attitudes – certainly matching those of the Hitlerites occupying the opposite trenches! And then on occasion I see our Palestinian (Islamic) Comrades routinely expressing homophobic attitudes! These are the contradictions we all have to exist within! I would still stand with Russia and Palestine – but my family also stands firmly with ALL members of the Trans Movement and the 2SLBGTQN+ Community because ‘I’ – ‘We’ believe in ‘their’ – ‘our’ collective destiny!

Puppies: New Comrades for Our Commune! (8.4.2023)

These dogs are eight weeks old and are (chipped) and weaned. The mother looked really tired and exhausted after carrying her pups, giving birth and then raising them! She needed a break and it is good that we are in position to pay the purchase (courtesy of Diane Wyles) and relieve her burden! The owner of the mother is a good woman who is very organised, clean, tidy and honest! She treated us with respect and good grace! The dogs are very happy and have obviously been very well looked after! We got up on Saturday morning and headed out in the car toward Reading at around 1030 am! We arrived somewhere on the outskirts of Reading around 1245 pm! We saw the mother and then we let our two daughters choose which dog they thought was the best for them! Kai-Lin – although only six years old – has performed excellently at school and passed all her tests and so she is rewarded for her good labour! The (larger) dark brown and black dog is called ‘Zain’ chosen by Kai-Lin) and the (smaller) brown and white dog is called ‘Basal’ (chosen by Mei-An and named after the Swiss Chapter of the First International represented by the ‘Red Triangle’ which was eventually used in the centre of the Socialist Flag of the Spanish Republic – 1936-1939 – and used to denote the ‘International Brigades’).
