His Excellency, the Leader, Mr. Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, on the latest developments – 6th of Rabee’ Al-Awwal, 1448 AH | September 17, 2026 AD:
– I turn to Allah, the Exalted, with praise and gratitude for the great victories He has bestowed upon our dear people in confronting the unjust Saudi aggression, which is under American supervision.
– The victories achieved are, by the grace of Allah, within the framework of our people’s just cause.
– I extend my congratulations to our people for these victories, and may Allah grant success and reward to the mujahideen in the armed forces, supported by the general mobilization.
– Our dear people are confronting an ongoing aggression and an unjust siege, and we are in the 12th year, and the Saudi enemy is carrying out this aggression under American supervision and with Zionist funding.
– In the de-escalation phase, the Saudi regime did not seriously move towards peace, but instead used it as an opportunity to tighten its oppressive measures and build takfiri military formations.
– During the de-escalation phase, the Saudi enemy sought to bring our country to collapse on all levels.
– The Saudi enemy refuses to have a relationship with our country based on mutual respect and common interests, but insists that it be based on humiliation and control over the affairs of the people.
– The Saudi enemy believes that its strength lies in the weakness, enslavement, oppression, division, and fragmentation of our people.
– We are in a position of necessary defense, and we are not the ones who initiated the aggression against the Saudis.
– The recent escalation began with the Saudi enemy bombing Sana’a airport, and it is the one who initiated the aggression at every stage without any legitimate justification.
– Our dear people are not the ones who opened the problem with the Saudis, nor are they in a position of aggression against them.
– The aggression that began in 2015 was an attack on our people without any right, and the aggressors continued their aggressive attack.
– Over 12 years, a simple comparison between our armed forces and the Saudi aggression shows who is adhering to ethical, legal, religious, and humanitarian principles.

– The Saudi aggressor even targeted a shelter centre for the blind in Sana’a, and targeted cemeteries and historical sites.
– Crimes of rape against children and women have emerged in areas occupied by the Saudis, along with crimes of torture and brutal treatment of prisoners.
– The Saudi aggressor has committed heinous crimes that are unanimously classified as crimes on a global scale, and in a systematic manner.
– The crimes of Saudi Arabia in our country were not just individual cases, limited situations, or rare events, but a fixed policy.
– The Saudi aggressor relied on crime as a means of targeting our dear people in an attempt to subjugate them.
– We have evidence and documents of the Saudi crimes in our country, and with the acknowledgment of the United Nations and international organizations.
– The problem of the siege remains one of the most prominent problems with the Saudi enemy, as it insists on closing airports and imposing unjust and invalid restrictions on imported goods.
– There are acknowledgments from the United Nations and international bodies about the reality of the siege on our country, that the Saudi enemy has used oppressive measures to target our dear people in their livelihoods.
– Our people have suffered from the policies of the past, which have led them to a point of dependence on external imports for most of their needs, and then they have been harmed by the oppressive measures of the Saudi aggressor.
– Our people have been suffering for 12 years to receive food and medicine, especially for chronic diseases.
– The siege on our people has deprived them of their sovereign oil and gas resources and deprived employees in public institutions of their salaries and public services.
– Our people have been severely affected by the Saudi siege.
– The Saudi enemy insists on continuing the siege and continuing to harass our people.
– Aggression through false propaganda, horrific and heinous lies was a fundamental part of the Saudi aggression against our people, with the aim of distorting our dear people.

– أتوجه بالتهاني لشعبنا بهذه الانتصارات وأن يوفق ويسدد أجر المجاهدين في القوات المسلحة مسنودة بالتعبئة العامة
– شعبنا العزيز يتصدى لعدوان قائم وحصار جائر ونحن في العام الـ12 والعدو السعودي ينفذه بإشراف أمريكي ودفع صهيوني
– في مرحلة خفض التصعيد لم يتجه النظام السعودي بشكل جاد إلى السلام بل جعلها فرصة لتشديد إجراءاته التعسفية وبناء التشكيلات العسكرية التكفيرية
– العدو السعودي سعى في مرحلة خفض التصعيد للوصول ببلدنا إلى الانهيار على كل المستويات
– العدو السعودي لم يقبل أن تكون العلاقة مع بلدنا على الاحترام المتبادل والمصالح المشتركة وإنما يصر أن تقوم على الإذلال والتحكم بشؤون الشعب
– العدو السعودي يتصور أن قوته بأن يكون وضع شعبنا ضعيفا مستعبدا مقهورا ومشتتا ومتفرقا
– نحن في موقف الدفاع الضروري ولسنا من ابتدأ السعودي بالعدوان
– التصعيد الأخير ابتداء بقصف العدو السعودي مطار صنعاء، وهو البادئ بالعدوان في كل المراحل دون أي مبرر مشروع
– شعبنا العزيز ليس هو من فتح المشكلة مع السعودي وليس في موقع العدوان عليه
– العدوان الذي بدأ في 2015 كان هجمة على شعبنا دون وجه حق واستمر المعتدون في تلك الهجمة العدوانية
– خلال 12 عاما وبمقارنة بسيطة بين قواتنا المسلحة والعدوان السعودي يتضح من هو المنضبط بالضوابط الأخلاقية والشرعية والدينية والإنسانية
– المعتدي السعودي استهدف في بلدنا كل شيء ولم يرع أي حرمة على الإطلاق
– المعتدي السعودي قتل الآلاف من أطفال شعبنا المسلم وهي من أعظم الحرمات عند الله سبحانه وتعالى
– المعتدي السعودي قتل آلاف النساء واستهدف المدنيين في مساكنهم وقصف المدن والأحياء والأسواق في إبادة جماعية
– المعتدي السعودي قتل اليمنيين في كل الأماكن، في الأسواق والمساكن والطرقات والمستشفيات والمدارس وغيرها
– المعتدي السعودي استهدف المساجد في بلدنا ولم يرع حرمتها وقدسيتها أبدا
– المعتدي السعودي استهدف أكثر من ألفي مسجد في بلدنا من بينها مساجد أثرية في مناطق بالعمق وليست في جبهات
– المعتدي السعودي استهدف حتى مركز إيواء المكفوفين في صنعاء، واستهدف المقابر والمعالم الأثرية
– ظهرت جرائم الاغتصاب ضد أطفال ونساء في مناطق احتلها السعودي إلى جانب جرائم التعذيب والتعامل الوحشي مع الأسرى
– المعتدي السعودي ارتكب الجرائم البشعة المصنفة بالإجماع العالمي كجرائم وبشكل ممنهج
– جرائم السعودية في بلدنا لم تكن مجرد حالات فردية أو مواقف محدودة أو أحداث نادرة بل سياسة ثابتة
– المعتدي السعودي اعتمد على الجريمة كوسيلة في الاستهداف لشعبنا العزيز في محاولة لإخضاعه
– نمتلك الدلائل والوثائق للجرائم السعودية في بلدنا وباعتراف الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية
– مشكلة الحصار لا تزال من أبرز المشاكل مع العدو السعودي لأنه يصر على إغلاق المطارات ووضع القيود الجائرة الباطلة على البضائع المستوردة
– هناك اعترافات بحقيقة الحصار على بلدنا من الأمم المتحدة ومن جهات دولية بأن العدو السعودي وظف الإجراءات التعسفية لاستهداف شعبنا العزيز في معيشته
– شعبنا عانى من سياسات المراحل الماضية التي أوصلته إلى درجة الاعتماد على الاستيراد الخارجي لمعظم متطلبات حياته، ثم تضرر بفعل القيود والإجراءات التعسفية للمعتدي السعودي
– شعبنا أصبح يعاني على مدى 12 عاماً في أن يصل إليه الغذاء والدواء خاصة للأمراض المزمنة
– الحصار على شعبنا أتى لحرمانه من الثروة السيادية النفطية والغازية وحرمان الموظفين في المؤسسات العامة من الحصول على المرتبات والخدمات العامة
– شعبنا تضرر بشكل كبير جدا جراء الحصار السعودي
– العدو السعودي يصر على الاستمرار في الحصار والاستمرار في مضايقة شعبنا
– العدوان بالدعايات الباطلة والافتراءات الرهيبة والبشعة كان جزءا أساسياً من العدوان السعودي على شعبنا بهدف تشويه شعبنا العزيز
