In Japan, children are the target of indifference and abuse, and they are victims of all kinds of social evils.
Newborn babies are being discarded like garbage in sanitary rooms, government rooms, and on roads.
Parents kill their children one after another.
Not long ago, a newspaper in this country published an article deploring the trend of child abuse.
According to him, in 2024, child counseling centres across the country received 223,691 requests for counselling related to child abuse.
This is a 2.5-fold increase in 10 years.
Apart from the child counseling centre, the number of consultation requests received by local governments reached more than 160,000.
In the same year, the police broke the record with 2,649 cases of child abuse and 2,700 children affected.
In this country (Japan), the Child Welfare Act was amended in 2022.
The Children’s Future Strategy, which was decided by the Cabinet Council in 2023, contains content to strengthen measures to prevent child abuse.
But it doesn’t work. On the contrary, the situation is getting worse. In February last year, the director of a nursery school in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture, was caught committing harsh abuse, including hanging children upside down.
In December 2023, the Japanese government made it mandatory for nursery schools across the country to notify local governments of child abuse by their employees. It was a measure taken to eliminate the “inappropriate childcare phenomenon” of beating and abusive words aimed at young children not yet able to understand.
But it was still a decoration. At the nursery school in Yamato City, the director has been committing abusive acts.
Last year, a parent was arrested in Wakayama Prefecture for abusing their two-year-old daughter to death.
They said, “The child has heatstroke and cannot breathe.” I listened to them calling an ambulance.
When examined at the hospital, the child had a fractured jaw and her delicate body was covered in bruises. The weight was less than half of the average weight of a two-year-old child.
Parents told that as regards the state of their child, “I didn’t give them enough food.” The parent made this excuse. However, the cause of death was traumatic shock caused by a total body contusion, that is, the aftermath of extensively beating his young daughter over a long period of time.
A few years ago, a first-year elementary school student was assaulted by his stepfather and biological mother for a long time, and died the next day. His arms, chest, legs, and other parts of his body were bruised, and there were burns on his back. The victim was 7 years old.
This incident caused a great social controversy at the time.
However, another incident occurred in Wakayama Prefecture in which a 2-year-old child was assaulted and killed.
For a long time, people have said that there is no more extreme and fervent love than the love of parents.
Parents give everything for their children.
However, in a rotten and sick capitalist society like Japan, the concept of parental love is becoming an old concept.
Parents who have the direct responsibility to raise their children well – and pay close attention to their fate – are themselves the main culprits of child murder.
They are committing daily assaults on their children under the guise of “liberal sttitudes”.
Unfortunate children do not neglect their lives at home.
Children who grow up in such a family environment are depressed and in pain, and then they are bullied and fall onto the path of crime.
If a dark shadow is cast on the faces of children, society will be plunged into darkness and the country will be ruined. This is the reality of capitalist Japan.

랭혹한 사회에 만연하는 어린이학대풍조
일본에서 아이들이 무관심과 학대의 대상으로, 온갖 사회악의 희생물로 되고있다.
갓 태여난 애기들이 쓰레기처럼 위생실과 려관방, 도로 등에 버려지고있다.
부모가 자식을 살해하는 행위들이 끊임없이 잇달으고있다.
얼마전 이 나라의 한 신문에 어린이학대풍조를 개탄하는 글이 실렸다.
그에 의하면 ２０２４년도에 전국의 아동상담소들로는 어린이학대관련 상담요청이 ２２만 ３ ６９１건이나 들어왔다.
１０년동안에 ２.５배로 늘어난 수자이다.
아동상담소와는 별도로 지방자치체들에 접수된 상담요청건수도 １６만건이상에 달하였다고 한다.
같은 해에 경찰에 의해 적발된 어린이학대사건은 ２ ６４９건, 피해를 입은 아이는 ２ ７００명으로서 기록을 갱신하였다.
이 나라에서는 ２０２２년 아동복지법이 개정되였다.
２０２３년에 각료회의에서 결정된 《어린이미래전략》에는 어린이학대방지대책을 강화할데 대한 내용이 들어있다.
그런데 효과가 없다.오히려 상황은 더욱 험악해지고있다.지난해 ２월 가나가와현 야마또시에 있는 한 보육원의 원장은 아이들을 거꾸로 매다는 등 가혹한 학대행위를 일삼다가 적발되였다.
２０２３년 １２월 일본정부는 전국의 보육원들이 직원들의 어린이학대행위를 지방자치체에 통보해야 한다는것을 의무화하였다.철없는 어린이들에게 마구 매질하고 욕설을 퍼붓는 《적절치 못한 보육현상》을 없애겠다고 취한 조치였다.
그런데 역시 그 식이 장식이였다.야마또시의 보육원에서는 원장부터가 버젓이 학대행위를 일삼고있은것이다.
지난해 와까야마현에서는 ２살 난 딸을 학대하여 죽게 만든 부모가 체포되였다.
그들은 《아이가 열사병에 걸려 숨을 쉬지 못하고있다.》고 하면서 구급차를 부르는 연극을 놀았다.
병원에서 진찰해보니 아이는 턱이 골절되여있었고 그 여린 몸이 온통 멍투성이였다.몸무게는 ２살짜리 아이들의 평균몸무게의 절반도 되지 않았다.
부모는 아이에게 《식사를 충분히 주지 않았다.》고 변명하였다.하지만 사망원인은 전신타박에 의한 외상성쇼크 즉 어린 딸에게 때없이 매질한 후과였다.
몇해전 도꾜에서 소학교 １학년생이 이붓아버지와 친어머니로부터 오랜 시간 폭행을 당하고 그 다음날 사망하는 사건이 발생하였었다.그의 팔과 가슴, 다리 등 온몸이 멍들어있었으며 잔등에는 화상자리까지 있었다.피해자의 나이는 ７살이였다.
이 사건은 당시 사회적으로 커다란 물의를 일으켰다.
그런데 와까야마현에서 ２살 난 자식을 대상으로 폭행을 가하여 살해하는 사건이 또 발생한것이다.
오래전부터 사람들은 부모의 사랑만큼 극진하고 열렬한 사랑은 없다고 하였다.
부모들은 자식을 위해 모든것을 다 바친다.
하지만 썩고 병든 자본주의사회에서는 부모의 사랑이라는 말이 옛 시대의 개념으로 되여가고있다.
자식들을 잘 키우고 그들의 운명에 깊은 관심을 돌려야 할 직접적책임을 지니고있는 부모들자체가 어린이살인의 주범으로 되고있다.
자식에 대한 일상적인 폭행을 《교양》의 외피를 쓰고 감행하고있다.
불행한 어린이들은 이처럼 가정에서도 목숨을 부지하기가 헐치 않다.
이러한 가정환경에서 자란 어린이들은 우울증에 걸려 신음하다가 이지러질대로 이지러져 범죄의 길로 굴러떨어지고있다.
어린이들의 얼굴에 그늘이 비끼면 사회가 어둠속에 잠기고 나라에 망조가 들기마련이다.자본주의일본의 현실이 바로 그렇다.
