قال عضو المكتب السياسي للجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين في تصريح لبوابة الهدف الإخبارية:”صحيح أن إصدار مذكرات توقيف لقادة الاحتلال، ليصبح نتنياهو وكيانه المجرم مطلوباً للعدالة دولياً، لكن هذه الخطوة غير متوازنة أخلاقياً ولا قانونياً، من ناحية الكيل بمكيالين ومن ناحية المساواة بين القاتل والقتيل.
وأضاف: لقد وقعت المحكمة بمحذور وسم المقاومة بالإرهاب، فقادة المقاومة، هم مقاتلون من أجل الحرية. وهم قادة في حركة تحرر وطني تناضل ضد الاستعمار.
وقال عبد العال نعم إن العالم يتغير، والقانون الدولي يتم اختراقه بأدلة وقرائن متوفرة من قبل مجرمي الحرب وعلى رأسهم قادة الإجرام “نتنياهو وغالنت وسائر حكومة الحرب”، وهو إجراء لا بد منه للقول أنه لم يعد مقبولاً القفز عن نظام المحاسبة وتحقيق العدالة، وإن فلسطين في هذا الزمن هي عنوان العدالة في العالم، وأصبح من الضرورة الاستمرار في ملاحقة و مساءلة الدول والرؤساء الذين تورطوا في دعم الإبادة الجماعية، وخاصة الرئيس بايدن نفسه.
ويجب أن لا يفلت من العقاب كل جنرالات الحرب جنود الذبح والحرق والقتل والتدمير في جيش الكيان العنصري المارق الذي يضرب عرض الحائط بكل المواثيق الدولية ويشكل بحربه المسعورة تمرداً تاريخياً برفض الانصياع للقانون الدولي.
وطالب عبد العال المحكمة الدولية بعدم الاكتراث للضغوط ولمحاولات التأثير على المحكمة، وأن تستمر المحكمة في ملاحقة مجرمي الحرب،
وختم عبد العال: إن العدالة لا تعني المساواة بين المحتل ومن هم تحت الاحتلال، حتى لا يصبح تشجيعاً للاحتلال على الاستمرار بحرب الإبادة ضد شعبنا
