THE FOUNDING CONFERENCE OF THE LUGANSK REPUBLIC ORGANIZATION OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION (CPRF) WAS HELD IN LUGANSK!
On December 3rd, 2022, the Constituent Conference of the Lugansk Regional (Republic) Organization of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation was held in Lugansk.
The Conference was opened by Deputy of the State Duma, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation – Kazbek Taysaev (Казбек Тайсаев). Welcoming speeches were made by the Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, First Secretary of the Rostov Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation – Yevgeny Bessonov (Евгений Бессонов), Chairman of the Defense Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region, Lieutenant General Grigory Fomenko (Григорий Фоменко) and member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Yulia Mikhailova (Юлия Михайлова). The following Comrades spoke during the debate – the Deputy of the People’s Council of the LPR – Communist Alexander Ermolenko (Александр Ермоленко), Foreman of the Komsomolskaya Mine Section in the city of Anthracite – Stanislav Bachinsky (Станислав Бачинский), Chairman of the Republic Trade Union of Trade Workers – Anatoly Sobolev (Анатолий Соболев), Head of the Organizing Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation – Bryanka Valentina Buzanova (Брянки Валентина Бузанова) and many other comrades.
Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation – Kazbek Taysaev -presented Medals marking the 100th Anniversary of the USSR to Servicemen of the LPR and Veterans of the Communist Party.
The Communist Party Forum elected the following governing bodies: the Republic Committee, the Polit-Bureau, the Secretariat and the Control and Auditing Commission. Igor Gumenyuk (Игорь Гуменюк) was elected First Secretary of the Republic Committee. The following were elected Secretaries and Members of the Polit-Bureau: Alexander Ermolenko (2nd Secretary), Valentin Popov (Валентин Попов), Dmitry Koshman (Дмитрий Кошман), Anatoly Sobolev (Анатолий Соболев) and Stanislav Rozhnov (Станислав Рожнов).
This day will forever remain in the memory of every Lugansk Communist – as this is a starting point for the work of a NEW Russian Communist Party Organization. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is the ONLY force in Russia that cares about the plight of the working people and which has been supporting the beleaguered people of Donbass for the last eight years now (since 2014)!

В ЛУГАНСКЕ ПРОШЛА УЧРЕДИТЕЛЬНАЯ КОНФЕРЕНЦИЯ ЛУГАНСКОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКАНСКОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ КПРФ
3 декабря 2022 года в г. Луганске состоялась учредительная конференция Луганской региональной (республиканской) организации КПРФ.
Открыл конференцию депутат Государственной Думы, секретарь ЦК КПРФ Казбек Тайсаев. С приветственными словами перед собравшими выступили: депутат Госдумы РФ, первый секретарь Ростовского обкома КПРФ Евгений Бессонов, председатель комитета по вопросам обороны Законодательного собрания Ростовской области, генерал-лейтенант Григорий Фоменко и член ЦК КПРФ Юлия Михайлова.В прениях выступали: депутат Народного Совета ЛНР, коммунист Александр Ермоленко, мастер участка шахты “Комсомольская” г. Антрацита Станислав Бачинский, председатель республиканского профсоюза работников торговли Анатолий Соболев, руководитель оргкомитета КПРФ г. Брянки Валентина Бузанова и другие товарищи.
Секретарь ЦК КПРФ Казбек Тайсаев вручил медали 100-летия СССР военнослужащим ЛНР и ветеранам партии.
Партийный форум избрал руководящие органы: Республиканский Комитет, бюро, секретариат и Контрольно-Ревизионную Комиссию.
Первым секретарём республиканского комитета избран Игорь Гуменюк. Секретарями и членами бюро избраны: Александр Ермоленко (2-й секретарь), Валентин Попов, Дмитрий Кошман, Анатолий Соболев и Станислав Рожнов.
Этот день навсегда остается в памяти каждого луганского коммуниста, как точка отчета работы новой партийной организации. КПРФ – это единственная в России сила, которой не безразлично положение трудящихся и которая уже восемь лет поддерживает Донбасс!
