State Duma Deputy and Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation – Kazbek Taisayev – visited the Lugansk People’s Republic to participate in the inauguration of the Head of the Republic Leonid Pasechnik. Also, Kazbek Kutsukovich visited the Office of the Communist Party – and together with the Party and Komsomol Activists – respecfully laid flowers at the Memorial Plaque of the first Head of the LNR – Valery Bolotov.
