It is obvious from even a cursory study of the Dalai Lama’s behaviour and teaching that he does not follow the Vinaya Discipline. He lies routinely about the history of Tibet and China, and teaches a distorted version of the Buddha-Dharma that does not accord with the Vinaya Discipline, the Sutras, or the Abhidharma – the three sections of the Buddhist teachings.
Despite radically departing from Marxist-Leninist-Stalinist line of thinking under Khrushchev, the USSR continued to function as the guardian of world Socialism, and the protector and perpetuator of Marxist-Leninist orthodoxy – a line of thought that even if true, defied the Marxist-Leninist line of not participating in, and encouraging the creation of ‘dogma’ which prevents all further truly proletariat scientific development and endeavour.
