UK: Strange Weather for December! (16.12.2022)

The Russian Academy of Sciences – one of the few institutions to survive intact from the USSR to a ‘capitalist’ Russia at the end of 1991 – stated matter of factly, that there is NO reliable, objective scientific evidence that ‘Global Warming’ is a ‘real’ phenomenon generated by the last 200 years of human Industrialised endeavour! On the contrary, the RAS clearly recognised that the Bourgeois West uses fearmongering associated with the ‘belief system’ surrounding ‘Global Warming’ as an excuse to bring-in political and economic sanctions which prevent Socialist and Developing countries from undergoing their own respective ‘Industrial Revolutions’ – and in so doing developing their own socio-economic structures, strengthen their individual countries and forge a better life for themselves! Such a ‘Luddite’ attitude maintains the status quo with ‘White’, Western European countries ‘dominating’ the world and ‘limiting’ the rest of the (non-White) countries from developing (by experiencing the same modernising processes) and becoming a threat to US hegemonic forces!

Covid-19: Chinese Logic Trumps Western Racism! (11.12.2022)

In the past three years, China has equipped itself with technologies and drugs that are proven to be effective in COVID diagnosis and treatment, and also made continuous progress in pathogen detection and epidemiological investigations. Over 90 percent of the population has been fully vaccinated thanks to China’s unceasing efforts in vaccine research and development, while people’s health awareness has also been greatly enhanced.

These aggregated factors have laid a solid foundation for the current epidemic prevention and control work, and provided the precondition for further optimizations.

It is worth noting that China’s fine-tuning of its COVID policy is proactive rather than passive. While advancing the latest optimization plan, China does not shy away from acknowledging the challenges, and is determined to ramp up vaccination efforts among the elderly and increase the capacity of intensive care units (ICU).

Different countries have different national conditions in terms of medical resources and demographic situations, and differ in sociocultural orientation. As the world stands at a crossroads and humanity is faced with COVID-19 as a common enemy, we need to focus on mutual understanding and cooperation, and must let go of ego and bias.

China: US-Europe Co-Operation Should Not Target 3rd Parties: FM Spokesperson! (6.12.2022)

The U.S. has introduced the CHIPS and Science Act, engaged its allies in economic bullying against China and sought to decouple from China and cut China off supply chains. The U.S.’s Inflation Reduction Act forces European companies to relocate their production lines to America. All of those are defining examples of economic coercion, she said.

“U.S.-EU cooperation should not target any third party, still less seek to make an issue of China or stoke confrontation,” said Mao.

As major forces in the world, the U.S. and the EU need to demonstrate responsibility and do more things that are conducive to world stability and prosperity, she added.

HG WELLS (1897): THE CRYSTAL EGG (21.11.2022)

There was, until a year ago, a little and very grimy-looking shop near Seven Dials, over which, in weather-worn yellow lettering, the name of “C. Cave, Naturalist and Dealer in Antiquities,” was inscribed. The contents of its window were curiously variegated. They comprised some elephant tusks and an imperfect set of chessmen, beads and weapons, a box of eyes, two skulls of tigers and one human, several moth-eaten stuffed monkeys (one holding a lamp), an old-fashioned cabinet, a flyblown ostrich egg or so, some fishing-tackle, and an extraordinarily dirty, empty glass fish-tank. There was also, at the moment the story begins, a mass of crystal, worked into the shape of an egg and brilliantly polished. And at that two people, who stood outside the window, were looking, one of them a tall, thin clergyman, the other a black-bearded young man of dusky complexion and unobtrusive costume. The dusky young man spoke with eager gesticulation, and seemed anxious for his companion to purchase the article.

Communist Party of China – Constitutional Amendment – Resolution (Full Text)! (23.10.2022)

The Congress calls on Party organizations at all levels and all Party members to follow the firm leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core, hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and carry forward the great founding spirit of the Party. They should become more conscious of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment with the central Party leadership; have firm confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics; uphold Comrade Xi Jinping’s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and uphold the Central Committee’s authority and its centralized, unified leadership; and more purposefully study, observe, apply, and uphold the Party Constitution. This will ensure that the entire Party strives in unity to build a modern socialist country in all respects and advance national rejuvenation on all fronts.
