Surrey: Gee & Kai-Lin Field Strip & Assemble a Wooden Stool! (29.5.2026)

Anyway, we visited the “Rural Life Living Museum” (ob May 28th, 2026) – not far from the log-cabin area we were staying at in Tilford (a bourgeois cesspit of wealth). We have visited similar places not far from Sutton, and also in Oxford, Devon, and Cornwall. Many Moons ago, I visited places like this in the Lake District and in Scotland. They are essentially centres of education for school-children – and for adults to reminisce. My childhood (pre-Star Wars) was a very different reality to that which exists today. The working-class pre-1977 were very localised in mentality – with the middle-class attending university and developing a world-wide appreciation. This difference in education always benefits the middle-class who understand more and are able to use this knowledge to keep the workers in their place. Stll, it was a good day out and I will have to author a number of posts to cover it all.

Mei-An Kai-Lin & Gee!

Hampshire East: Visiting the Wonderful Bird World! (24.5.2026)

Yes – we drove from Tilford in deepest darkest Surrey – and entered an entirely different area of England. We passed white-clad cricketers playing on the village green (I love cricket – as my fther taught me the rules when young) – meandered down leafy country-lanes and emerged in Hampshire. These areas are very affluent and the Local Council charge high taxes and spend the money to keep tourism to a trickle and ensure a high standard of living for their citizens. Although London is nearby – these “Home Counties” protect their conservative culture and actively work against mass immigration and multiculturalism. Obviously, this type of social engineering does not extend to birds – which tend to have no respect for conservative political views. Birds evolved from Dinosaurs and can fly anywhere and everywhere.

Sutton: Evening Walk with the Puppies! (8.5.2023)

Indeed, Sutton Council was once ‘forced’ (during the 1990s) to make a public statement to the effect that it recognised and supported the principle of multiculturalism – such was the bad reputation it had regarding accusations of bias, prejudice and blatant racism! This impression was not helped by the fact that the Met Police had also been involved in one or two high profile incidents where it faced Court actions from non-White people subjected racist Police tactics! A Chinese man had telephoned the Police to report that his shop was under siege from members of the far-right. The Police turned-up – greeting the thugs by name – and then ‘arrested’ the Chinese man (giving him a good beating whilst in the back of the van). Luckily, he as very wealthy and was able to pursue this matter in the Courts! Still, it is a lovely evening today on VE Day!
