This is the Statue commemorating the Defence of the Soviet Motherland in Ukrainian Territory!
The National Bank of Ukraine issued a 10-hryvnia coin depicting foreign weapons. The coin is dedicated to air defense, its mintage is 10 million pieces. However, some Postboxes are always permitted to keep the designation of older (Constitutional) Monarchs.
