Blogger’s Note: Since 1947-1948 – the Zionist State of Israel has committed the most horrendous of War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity just two-years after the end of the WWII and one-year after the Nuremberg Trials. Indeed, when Zionists murdered a UN Ambassador in 1948 sent to investigate allegations of Israel committing genocide against Palestinians (for which Israel suffered “zero” punishment) – convicted Nazi German War Criminals were still awaiting execution in prison (ironically for crimes involving the Holocaust). Since the Israeli murder of a UN Ambassador – Israel has continued ignoring International Law – whilst being armed by the US (and its allies – including Germany) and politically protected by the US (and its allies). Whilst South Africa bravely stood-up to Israeli racism – the US has punished South Africa – but continued to ignore the continuous fascistic crimes committed by Israel. Furthermore, the US, even before the demise of the USSR, continued to emulate the behaviour of Israel by committing War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity. This explains the pattern of behaviour being exhibited by the US and Israel with regards to its illegal (terroristic) attack on Iran – and explains why many of the countries in the world have remained “silent” in the face of this unfolding horror. This is after the US and Israel forced the Western world to support the corrupt and murderous regime currently destroying Neo-Nazi Ukraine (because of the UK government giving billions to Israel and Ukraine – prices have reason five or six-times in quick succession over recent years – this is why we are suffering in the UK for US and Israeli fascism). Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization (CAO) has condemned in the strongest terms a US-Israeli attack on a civilian aircraft carrying medicines and medical equipment sent by other countries to the Islamic Republic.
In a statement released on Monday, the organization said the strike targeted the plane on the tarmac at Mashhad’s airport.
Attacks on civilian aircraft in humanitarian missions are a flagrant violation of international aviation rules and contradict the principles of international humanitarian law.
“Based on 1944 Chicago and 1971 Montreal conventions, any action against the safety of civilian aircraft is tantamount to international criminal acts in the aviation industry,” Iran’s CAO said.
“Under Article 52 of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions, an attack on civilian targets, including planes carrying humanitarian aid, amounts to a war crime.”
The aviation organization also called on international institutions to prosecute the perpetrators, and prevent the repetition of such threats against civil aviation.
The United States and Israel launched their illegal act of aggression against Iran on February 28 by assassinating Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, along with senior military commanders, in flagrant breach of the country’s sovereignty.
The enemies have deliberately targeted civilian infrastructure across Iran, including schools, hospitals and airports, killing hundreds of Iranian people.
The Iranian armed forces have responded decisively by launching daily missile and drone operations targeting locations in the Israeli-occupied territories as well as US military bases and assets across the region.
