To all militants, to our grassroots leaders, receive a huge hug on this day when we remember Commander Chávez’s announcement of the creation of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV). A historic force that stands as the solid vanguard of the Bolivarian Revolution. Not even in our wildest dreams did we imagine having a movement of this magnitude and this beauty of being collective.
The PSUV is a resilient force, tempered in struggle and prepared to overcome all circumstances with composure. It will emerge victorious on the path of peace and stability. Our Party is called to be the great articulator of collective will. It is the guide of the construction of the new democratic state and the permanent bridge to People’s Power. It is the space where ethics, leadership, and vision of the future transform into action lines and deep unity in daily work.
The PSUV is forging a great history, with a grassroots leadership that takes on the tasks for the construction of the Homeland and Socialism, in the streets, parishes, and communities. Let’s continue advancing towards a new era of peace, prosperity, and joy, where stability and our people’s right to build their future triumph. People in the Vanguard and in Revolution!

A toda la militancia, a nuestros liderazgos de base, reciban un inmenso abrazo en este día en el que recordamos el anuncio del Comandante Chávez de la creación del Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela (PSUV). Fuerza histórica que se erige como la vanguardia sólida de la Revolución Bolivariana. Ni en los mejores sueños pensamos tener un movimiento con esta dimensión y esta hermosura de ser colectivo.
El PSUV es una fuerza de temple, curtida en la lucha y preparada para superar todas las circunstancias con aplomo. Saldrá victorioso por el camino de la Paz y la estabilidad. Nuestro Partido está llamado a ser el gran articulador de la voluntad colectiva. Es el orientador de la construcción del nuevo Estado democrático y el puente permanente con el Poder Popular. Es el espacio donde la ética, la conducción y la visión de futuro se transforman en líneas de acción y en unidad profunda en el quehacer diario.
El PSUV está forjando una historia grandiosa, con un liderazgo de base que asume las tareas para la construcción de la Patria y el Socialismo, en las calles, parroquias y comunidades.
