Media Office of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Lebanon
On Monday, May 12, 2025, the Front’s official in Beirut, Mazen Dasouki, headed a Delegation from the PFPL’s leadership in Beirut, to visit the Fatah Movement’s office in Mar Elias camp. The Delegation met with Dr. Sarhan Sarhan, Secretary of the Fatah Movement and the Palestine Liberation Organization factions in Beirut.
During the meeting, bilateral relations, joint action, and means of cooperation and coordination between the PFLP, the Fatah Movement, and all Resistance Factions were reviewed.
The situation in Beirut’s camps, maintaining their security and stability, and enhancing the role of the Joint Security Force and Popular Committees to carry out their duties in maintaining camp security and providing services – were also discussed.
The attendees also emphasized strengthening and consolidating the relationship, activating the framework of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Joint Action Committee in Beirut and its Refugee Camps, and reaffirming regular meetings between the PFLP and the Fatah Movement, and discussing issues of mutual interest.

الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين تلتقي حركة فتح في بيروت
المكتب الإعلامي للجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين في لبنان
زار مسؤول الجبهة في بيروت مازن دسوقي، على رأس وفد من قيادة الجبهة في بيروت، مكتب حركة فتح في مخيم مار إلياس، وذلك يوم الإثنين في ١٢ أيار ٢٠٢٥، حيث التقى الوفد أمين سر حركة فتح وفصائل منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية في بيروت الدكتور سرحان سرحان.
خلال اللقاء تم استعراض العلاقات الثنائية، والعمل المشترك، وسبل التعاون والتنيسق بين الجبهة والحركة، و فصائل المقاومة كافة.
كما جرى البحث باوضاع مخيمات بيروت، والحفاظ على أمنها واستقرارها، وتعزيز دور القوة الأمنية المشتركة، واللجان الشعبية للقيام بواجباتهم في حفظ أمن المخيم، وتقديم الخدمات.
كما أكد المجتمعون تعزيز وتوطيد العلاقة، وتفعيل إطار منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية وهيئة العمل المشترك في بيروت ومخيماتها، وتم تأكيد اللقاءات الدورية بين الجبهة وحركة فتح
وناقشوا قضايا ذات اهتمام مشترك.
