On Bank Holiday Monday (May 5th 2025) we spent most of the day at the local petting farm known as Hobbledown (in Epsom). For about four-years (2005-2009), I taught Taijiquan at a nearby leisure centre twice a week – so I know the area well. Furthermore, throughout the years, we have regularly took our children to interact with the animals and for them to have fun in the huge soft play hosted in-doors. Of course, there has been a massive investment and restructuring at Hobbledown which has been very successful at a time when the economy is in melt-down and political incompetence is at an all-time high. It is well designed, with plenty of different animals living in wide open well-managed spaces.
We used to attend the May Day March starting in Clerkenwell in London (carrying the Red Flag) – but since suffering from racial abuse perpetuated by members of the Labour Party, members of the Socialist Workers Party, and Eastern European migrants during 2019 – we no longer think the risk of racism on the left is worth the risk (particularly as the so-called “Communist” movements are nothing of the sort – and are entirely self-serving). These people are class traitors and arch-Trotskyites. Marx and Lenin predicted all this, as did Mao and others, so the self-worth of the workers is not dependent upon those institutes that are out of date and out of step with the ordinary people. Do not follow these reprobates and do not give them your hard-earned money. Work from behind the scenes. The far-left needs to be re-born with all those corrupt representatives of it today – simply swept away. Continuously look forward – not back.
