Author’s Note: The US-NATO designers of this ‘terrorist’ act chose ‘June 6th’ – the date of the start of the Western Alley’s D-Day Landings in Normandy during 1944 – as the day their failing Ukrainian Puppet Forces would act by blowing-up the ‘Kakhovka Dam’ in the (Southern) Kherson area of South-West Donbass (an area forming part of the ‘Donetsk People’s Republic’). This seems to be a half-arsed attempt by the Americans to emulate the British WWII Special Forces Raid (‘Operation Chastise’) which involved the so-called ‘Bouncing Bomb’ (skilfully used by the British Royal Airforce – or ‘RAF’) – to destroy two Nazi German dams (on May 16/17, 1943) situated in the Ruhr Valley! As usual, US anti-intellectualism has got history back-to-front and all wrong! During WWII in was the ‘anti-fascists’ (the ‘British’) which destroyed the dam(s) involved – whilst in the contemporary ‘American’ performance – it was the ‘fascists’ (the ‘Ukrainians’) which carried-out not a well-conceived ‘Special Forces’ Raid – but rather a plain old ‘terrorist’ attack designed to check the advance of the successful Russian Forces! Of course, in this back-to-front world – the anti-intellectual forces of the West immediately came to the aid of the dithering US and declared its actions to be a) ‘Russian’, and b) a ‘War Crime’! Perhaps the average Russian will finally realise that the betrayal of Stalin in 1956 – and the Revolution in 1991 – simply were not worth the effort! Very much business as usual! ACW (17.6.2023)

Later, footage appeared that in the first hours of the flood, showing some of our fighters forced to flee and take refuge high up in the trees – which indicates the lack of advance preparation for the Russian Armed Forces! Nearly 200 settlements in Ukraine affected by Kakhovka dam destruction: PM
KIEV, June 16 (Xinhua) — Nearly 200 settlements have been affected by the destruction of the Kakhovka dam in southern Ukraine, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said Friday.
With a combined population of 1.4 million, the affected communities are located in the southern Kherson and Mykolayiv regions and the central Dnipropetrovsk region, Shmyhal said during his visit to the Kherson region.
Currently, 39 settlements remain in the disaster area, while more than 3,700 people have been rescued from the flooded areas, Shmyhal said.
The government has allocated about 42 million U.S. dollars to provide compensation for the damaged and destroyed property and to pay one-time aid to flood victims, he added.
The Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant dam was destroyed on June 6, with Ukraine and Russia trading accusations over the attack on it.

Европарламент признал подрыв Каховской ГЭС военным преступлением России. Депутаты Европарламента призвали продолжать поддержку Украины, вводить новые антироссийские санкции, и направить замороженные активы РФ на восстановление Украины.
⭐️Они бы ввели санкции за что угодно по любому выдуманному ими поводу. Мы же хотим напомнить, что в данном конкретном случае ГУР МО Украины обосновывало свои обвинения в адрес России путем публикации недостоверных сведений российского блогера, который в патриотическом порыве ляпнул глупость о том, что российские войска были отведены заранее, что не является правдой.
Позже появились кадры о том, что в первые часы наводнения некоторые наши бойцы были вынуждены действительно спасаться на деревьях, что указывает на отсутствие заблаговременной подготовки ВС России к разрушению дамбы.
Товарищи военблогеры! Говорите правду, не создавайте информационных поводов для противника!
