What Louise Hay Taught Me!

Louise taught me that when I sustained a broken leg, my body was telling me ‘not to walk around’, and that if I sat there and generated good thoughts about unicorns and pixies, then all the injustices of the world – although continuing to cause suffering to many and benefit to a few – no longer effect me because I choose to stop feeling moral outrage. I now blame individuals for what society does to them and this has freed me from any responsibility toward them. Being a self contained individual that generates a positive mind-set excuses me from fighting any and all injustice in the world. Why? Because Louise taught me that everything should be reduced to a positive psychology that ignores the reality of material conditions. This is how Louise has empowered me and taught me that the narrative of life must be accompanied by piano music and possibly running water….
