Despite the bodies of 800 babies being discovered in the grounds of a former Catholic Nunnery in Eire – all of which died of malnutrition, diseases and physical abuse (many bodies had broken arms and legs) – the Irish State has made no arrests of Catholic clerics, have not charged any Catholic nuns with murder, or convicted any of the Catholic nuns responsible. The Roman Catholic Church supported Nazi Germany (and the holocaust prior to, and during WWII), and had no problem using poor Irish children as slave labour and objects of sexual abuse. Like he Nazi German regime the Catholic Church so admired, unwanted Irish children were murdered with impunity. To save money, the nuns deliberately ‘starved’ many of the children to death, or refused to provide them with medical care when ill.
