DPRK: Disband the US-Controlled “United Nations Military Command” Entity – to Maintain Peace and Security on the Korean Peninsula! (13.11.2023)

On June 24th, 1994, UN Secretary-General Boutrus Galli acknowledged that “the Combined Military Command was NOT established by the UN Security Council as a subsidiary organization under its control – and was solely under the command of the United States.”

On December 21st, 1998, UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan also said of the military forces dispatched by the United States to the Korean War – or its command, “None of my predecessors gave any permission to any country to associate the name of the United States with the name of the United Nations.” Since then, several UN officials have repeatedly emphasized that “the UN Combined Command is NOT a UN organization – and is NOT under the command or control of the UN.”

The fact is that the appropriation of the designation “United Nations Military Command” by the US was only a front for its aggressive policies in the region – which remains a flagrant violation of International Law, including the UN Charter, and a shameless insult to all UN Member countries.

Russia: President Putin “Revokes” Russia’s Ratification of “Nuclear Test Ban” Treaty! (3.11.2023)

The Kremlin had stated earlier that Russia’s withdrawal from the treaty would not imply the restoration of nuclear tests.

Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin said Moscow had been waiting for Washington to ratify the treaty for 23 years, but the United States had demonstrated its irresponsible approach towards global security issues.

The CTBT is a multilateral agreement that bans all nuclear explosion tests conducted for peaceful or military purposes.

Chile: Remembering the US-Inspired Tragedy of 911! (15.9.2023)

U.S.-BACKED COUP

Chile on Monday marked the 50th anniversary of the coup as people marched by the presidential palace and laid flowers for the victims. “We commemorate a date that is painful and that, without a doubt, is a turning point in our history,” said President Gabriel Boric.

In the 1970s, there were stark signs of a crisis looming large in Chile, from a divided government to soaring prices and frequent protests. The CIA financing and covert operations to destabilize the country cannot be ignored, either. For half a century, a trove of historical studies and declassified archives have shown that the United States went to great lengths to prevent the leftist Allende from coming to power and to topple his government later.

Allende had been the target of America since the 1960s when the Cold War between the United States and the former Soviet Union was at its height. The United States, which regarded Latin America as its “backyard”, was reluctant to see the left-wing leader be elected the Chilean president.

Declassified documents show that between 1962 and 1964, the CIA spent millions of dollars financing the campaign of Allende’s rivals and anti-Allende propaganda. These behind-the-scenes maneuvering worked as Allende lost the 1964 presidential election.

Uyghur Boarding-Schools

‘Lying’ is the major weapon employed by the US in its ‘Cold War’ battle against China’s outstanding Socialist development. America keeps insisting that all the weaknesses inherent in its own corrupt capitalist system are also present in the Chinese Socialism System. Racist America continuously accuses ‘non-racist’ China of being ‘racist’. Whilst killing hundreds of thousands of Muslims around the world, the US ‘accuses’ China of carry-out a similar pogrom against its own Uyghur population. This is untrue and revealed to be false simply by looking at China – but the US ideologues know that many Westerners have no ability to understand the Chinese language, and possess no ability to ‘independently’ research the subject. Ignorant Westerners hear a 5-minute news bulletin which demonises North Korea and China – and uncritically accepts its erroneous content this as being ‘true’. Uyghur children are offered ‘free’ education from around 2-years old upwards. This culminates in sending them to schools that can be local, regional or national – depending upon the choice of the parents concerned. Many Uyghur parents take advantage of this choice and send their children to boarding schools in other parts of China where their choices are greater.
