Every utility and business in China is ‘nationalised’ and owned by the Communist Chinese State. In other words, the Communist Party of China (CPC) – as the organised representative of the working class – having ceased full control of the means of production in 1949, now administers the entire business and service economy to benefit the people.
Moreover, whilst ‘capitalist’ Japan complains about the North Korean missile that landed harmlessly in waters off it coast (according to the bourgeois press), perhaps the government of Japan would like to issue an ‘official’ apology for the hundreds of thousands (even ‘millions’) of innocent Chinese, Korean, Russian, Burmese, Indian, Filipino, Indonesian and Western men, women and children its military murdered across Asia from 1931 – 1945!
The idea that the removal of these two terms on paper equated with the abandonment of Marxist-Leninism in practice, is an error of interpretation.
As hundreds of thousands – if not millions – of Chinese men and women gave their lives fighting US aggression in the Korea in the early 1950’s, it is highly unlikely that Communist China would desert the DPRK – which operates as a buffer-zone between Communist China and the capitalist South Korea.
