Plugging in a microwave does not make a room a flat, a judge has ruled

The owners also challenged that decision, but judges at another tribunal ruled in the council’s favour again, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service.

Judge Johns KC said a room could not “be turned into a flat simply by plugging in a microwave.”

He added there was “no relevant storage, no food preparation area” and that planning laws were supposed to “protect people in the occupation of their homes, not to encourage them to cook their own meals”.

Despite the second rejection, the company has now sought to appeal the verdict.

A hotel spokesman said the building stopped housing homeless people about two years ago.

Paul Wells, the council’s Conservative portfolio holder for licensing, said the authority was “delighted” with the ruling, which “sets a precedent for all local authorities that want to improve housing standards for residents”.

“Our teams worked exceptionally hard to achieve this result and deserve real credit,” he added.

Decades later, Peter Capaldi starred in an episode that featured a large wall containing an impressive picture of VI Lenin! This is the Doctor Who that flirts with the far-left – when at no time did this series similarly flirt with the far-right (partly because such a dalliance would have been “illegal” at the time). Today, British society has visibly shifted to the right – where what was not tolerated in the past – is common-place today. At no time during the 1960s episodes was the hippy movement mentioned. Punk was not mentioned in the 1970s. Thatcherism was not mentioned in the 1980s. Doctor Who was cancelled during the 1990s and so had no chance to mention the collapse of the USSR. The Vietnam War was not mentioned, and neither was the Falklands War. The Golden Rule was that contemporary human society should not impinge upon the imaginary processes that fuelled Doctor Who’s scientific speculation.

Urals: NKVD Intercept Neo-Nazi Saboteurs! (2.2.2023)

The US has now resorted to the mass use of deadly (plastic) military drones which can cause death and destruction to the Russian Forces with little material threat to the AFU and for a relatively ‘cheap’ cost in production! Waves consisting of thousands of these devices have been raining-down upon the Russian Forces and various ‘Civilian’ population areas of the now ‘Independent’ Donbass causing signifiicant losses. Meanwhile, whilst ‘drones’ take the place of ‘human’ AFU Forces on the frontline – NATO is deploying small teams of highly trained and strongly motivated ‘Saboteurs’ – very much in the model of British Special Forces (particularly the SAS and the SBS). These four-man teams are lightly but effectively armed and deployed ‘deep’ into the sovereign territory of Russia! The above video shows the successful ‘interception’ and ‘arrest’ of one such Unit by the Russian NKVD!

Putin Orders Russian Soldiers ‘Arrested’! (22.11.2022)

Following these two refusal(s) to obey the Unit Commander’s Direct Order(s) to leave for the Combat Zone – Criminal Cases were initiated against both of under Article: 332 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – Part 2.1 (“Failure to Comply with an Order”). Punishment varies from 2 to 3 years in prison. The Servicemen in question were detained whilst on parade.

President Putin ordered this procedure to be filmed – whilst demonstrating an air of Slavic compassion! If these men ‘Volunteer’ for the ultra far-right (Russian) Wagner PMC (Mercenary Group) – these ‘Charges’ will be dropped!

Falun Gong Fu – Does It Work in Combat? (22.9.2022)

4) These movements appear disjointed and out of order. Is this to hide their true power? We remain unconvinced that this martial arts system will work in actual combat – after-all – most of it involves US born Chinese or misled Taiwanese ‘actors’ lying on the floor and covering their hands and feet in tomato source! 

5) We are told that this style is called ‘Ming Hui’ (明慧) or ‘Bright Wisdom’ Fist (拳) – is this correct?
