With the US, UK and EU actively supporting the political rightwing and far-right as a policy decision in this power bloc’s opposition to any and all Workers’ Movements anywhere in the world – the idea that the Soviet sinking of the MV Wilhelm Gustloff was a ‘War Crime’ still carries significant persuasive force that even permeates Western classrooms (including those of ‘modern’ Russia) and is a common idea held throughout society. Alexander Marinesko did not commit a ‘War Crime’ or a ‘Crime Against Humanity’ because from the point of view of International Maritime Law, the ship was a legitimate target for the following reasons:

a) The ship was fitted with artillery (including anti-aircraft guns).

b) The ship was escorted by armed warships.

c) The ship and was painted in gray ‘camouflage’ colours to assist in its combat missions.

d) The ship was not Registered with the Red Cross.

e) The ship was carrying active military personnel.

f) The ship was travelling through a declared combat zone at the time of sinking.

g) The ship sailed under the (military) flag of the Reichskriegsmarine.

To this end, Donald Steamship Company bought these Chinese people a third-class group ticket – numbered 1601 – price £56, 9 shillings and 11 pence. The ‘Chinese’ names registered on this collective ticket are written in phonetic English and read:

1) Fang Lang

3) Ali Lam

4) Ling Hee

5) Chang Chip

6) Lee Bing

7) Lee Ling

8) Len Lam

Amongst them the youngest was 24 years old whilst the oldest was 37 years old. As dispatch workers (who were sent anywhere at anytime with no Union support or protection) – these Chinese men were made to work more than 12 hours a day in terrible conditions – whilst receiving only one-fifth the pay of that earned by White (Umionised) workers doing exactly the same job!

Che Guevara was ‘murdered’ early on by the US-backed fascists within South America! Karl Marx wrote that the world-wide Communist Revolution would probably not be achieved in easily defendable events! We – the ‘Proletariat’ – will suffer many and continuous setbacks on the path to genuine Socialism! Since President Kennedy established the ‘illegal’ Blockade of Cuba – the US has been guilty of committing a continuous ‘Crime Against Humanity’ against Cuba – just as Zionist Israel has continuously committed against the beleaguered Palestinians! The Proletariat must not give-up! We must fight for every inch of ground the bourgeoisie takes from us so that the cost to the fascists eventually becomes so great that the courage of the greedy will faulter and fail! Israel and the UK NOT mentioned – but ‘Palestine’ and ‘US’ are mentioned! There is no reason ‘why’ White (European) Communist Parties should be listed above Communist Parties a) representing non-White people, and/or b) Communist Parties representing non-White people that already have control of the ‘means of production’ and administer control of the socio-economic forces operating throughout their respective countries! Places like Laos, the DPRK and the many African countries are much more important than the UK, US and Israel, etc!

Now the militants will be held directly accountable before the Court as accomplices, participants and organizers of a Hitlerite ‘terrorist’ organization with more serious prison terms. According to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, in this case they face 10 to 20 years in prison. The Azov Battalion was created in May 2014 in Mariupol. Thanks to Avakov, who at that moment was the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Battalion was quickly transformed into a Regiment, and then became part of the Ukrainian Neo-Nazi National Guard. It receives weapons and funding from the US, UK, EU and Ukrainian State.

Oleg Kryuchkov, an adviser to the head of Crimea, said there’s enough fuel and food on the peninsula and all logistics plans have been worked out.

The incident on the Crimean Bridge was a special operation carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), the Interfax-Ukraine news agency cited its source in Ukraine’s law enforcement agencies as saying. The SSU hasn’t commented on the incident yet.

Kiev’s reaction to the destruction of civilian infrastructure testifies to its “terrorist nature,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said on Telegram.
