China: The West Wanting to “Decouple” from the PRC is Simply Impossible! (4.8.2026)

Meanwhile, the US is paranoid about the Chinese people possessing high IQs and being able to see things the average Westerner may not. This is believed to the basis of advanced technology hidden in plain site – and voluntarily imported into the West (through the agency of Western greed). In other words, the Americans are paranoid that the Chinese are exporting to the West a “hidden” computerised technology that can, when remotely triggered from Beijing, render useless all US technology and power-generating capability (the National Grid, for instance, could be instantly “turned-off” and Defence Computers short-circuited). Just as China can pursue any path it wishes – it is also true that so can the West. Decoupling, at least for the Westerners, is viewed as a logical strategy of self-defence. It is as if the West believes it has been caught unawares by the “cleverness” of China – and is belatedly doing something about it. Unless there is a change of leadership and thinking in the West (which is unlikely) – this policy will be pursued regardless of the cost. For the (bourgeois) West, the cost is worth the West retaining a) its economic dominance, and b) its cultural independence. This is true even if the policy is illogical or even wrong – as “power” to create or mould material reality is the key operative here. The problem is that China can do nothing to prevent this “decoupling” policy if the West insists upon pursuing it – as “decoupling” is viewed very much as the “reversing” of Clinton’s (mistaken) pro-China policies.

Towards the end of his speech, he said that recently the Executive Committee of the Council of Ministers approved an important budget to pay the debts contracted by state entities with producers of milk, meat and other agricultural productions in order to settle the debts, information that will arrive in detail in the coming days to Cuban peasants.

The agricultural producer, district delegate and deputy for the Havana municipality of Arroyo Naranjo, Emilio Interián, told Parliament that he has no doubt that these measures will be the solution to many problems: “The decisions approved exceed those we proposed or came to think. Results will be seen by the day. Their impact will be short, but on their own they will not solve the most critical problems that the population suffers.”

At another point in his speech, the legislator recounted the vicissitudes that the population is experiencing due to the prolonged power cuts and was critical in denouncing a group of problems that, from his experience as a grassroots delegate, he faces in Arroyo Naranjo.

Given that the PLA had defeated the US in Korea – surely China could have defended its ancient ally of Khmer without too much difficulty? Deng Xiaoping wanted to “open-up” and make money rather than pursue or protect the old order. As a consequence, very little genuine research is carried-out in this area as China simply ignores it – and the US is quite happy to associate Socialism with mass killing – a fabrication the capitalists have perpetuated for decades (virtually no one died during the Russian Revolution – but between 1918-1921 the collective West during its invasion killed 10.5 million Soviet Russians). The US (and the West) are the mass killers – and it is their habitual crimes that they like to protect upon their ideological enemies. Ironically, since betraying Ho Chi Minh’s vision of a “New Vietnam” – that country has struggled – particularly after the fall of the USSR in 1991, being as it is estranged from China. Only very recently has Vietnam approached China for a far more profound and deep economic relationship. Cambodia is merely left to rot – with its pointless monarchy and capitalist system. Indeed, whereas Polpot declared all women and gorls equal to men – Cambodia is today the world centre for filming paedophiia and trafficking children. Of course, there are no Hollywood films about this, and no catchy soundtracks – as that would be telling the truth and not peddling mindless entertainment.

Things will not racially improve if China just pretends (or even actually becomes) “capitalist”. As I write, I know Chinese students are being illegally taken into custody and forcibly questioned by the US authorities regarding their association with the Communist Party. China complains here and there about this – but does very little on the practical level as trade is considered more important – and that boat must not be rocked under any circumstance. Karl Marx wrote some very good articles for the US newspapers regarding China and its socio-economic development in the face of a ruthless imperialist domination. All genuine progressives must retain a lucidity and fluidity of thought in all circumstance (exactly what Mao Zedong did – as he literally “thought” outside his own ethno-centric predicament) – as this is the dialectical way. We must not become trapped in the rather childish Judeo-Christian cul-de-sac of a “good vs bad” dichotomy. Just because someone – or some entity – does not like you observing, discussing, or thinking about a certain aspect (or set of aspects) – this should not necessarily mean that you should abide by this imposed limitation of thought. Jordan is one of the must disgusting examples of tis urn-coating – actually using US-supplied missiles to shoot-down Iranian self-defence missiles as flew over Jordanian air-space on their way to strike Israel. Furthermore, Jordan, in recent years, has actively hindered the Palestinian cause, and openly assisted the US-Israeli genocide in Gaza. As a human-being – I cannot sit back and watch this happening. Just as my two English grandfathers joined-up to fight Hitler in the 1940s – and my Chinese grandfather fought the Imperial Japanese in Hong Kong (during the same era) – I cannot remain silent in the face os such injustices. I hate the fact that the British Army is assisting the Neo-Nazi regime in Ukraine – and that the RAF has been routinely bombing poor and dispossessed Arab and Persian people over the last ten-years – breaks my heart! During the Battle of Britain – the brave RAF suffered thousands upon thousands of casualties defeating the Nazi German Luftwaffe and preventing Hitler’s seaborne invasion of the UK. The UK government even gifted British war aeroplanes to the USSR – and sent British RAF pilots to Moscow during WWII to train Red Airforce Pilots (many of these men later became Marxists on their return). Alexander Werth wrote about this in one of his excellent books. Of course, i have no idea who this young lady (“Hiba Abu Taha” [هبة أبوطه]) is – but I think she is suffering an injustice which I can highlight through this blog. It makes no difference whether this journalist agrees or disagrees with my political views – the point is that I agree with them!
