All those who are able – must come to aid of the innocent (Palestinian) ‘civilians’ (men, women and children) currently having their bodies blown to pieces by Western-provided arms – used by the Zionist War Machine of Israel – the laughably named ‘Israeli Defence Force’ (IDF)! Fighting fascism is a working-class duty no matter where you live or happen to have been born! Resisting Israeli (Zionist) fascism can take many different forms – including writing, thinking and acting (in many different ways). I am resisting Zionist fascism as I write – whilst many around me pursue their usual US-induced psychological stupor which reduces us all to minions of US anti-intellectualism! Al-Taher added that the United States of America actually entered the war by encouraging this (fascist) Zionist aggression and providing all forms of military support to the Occupation. The Americans view these fascist (Zionist) criminals as heroes – such is their deficient attitude!
For his part, the Cuban Ambassador affirmed Cuba’s full support for the Palestinian people – who are waging a heroic battle to regain all their national rights, stressing the importance of the Unity of the Palestinian Factions in the face of aggression – and stressing that all free and honourable people in the world stand by the just struggle waged by the people of Palestine.
He stated that “strategic cooperation between our country and Russia constitutes a firm guarantee of international security and peace in the face of military operations,” explaining that “the alliance between the United States, South Korea, Japan, and NATO constitutes a serious threat to international security and peace,” stressing that Korea will always stand by the Palestinian people in his just struggle aimed at regaining all his legitimate rights.
The Supreme National Committee for the Prisoner Movement accused the Zionist Occupation of trying to ‘morally and physically assassinate’ the Palestinian prisoners issue. The statement was released in response to attempts to sow discord by creating stories of prisoners having relationships with Zionist female prison guards. This, as per the statement, was aimed at damaging the prisoners’ image. The statement denounced a few Palestinian and Arab media outlets that promoted this narrative. It also announced the commencement of measures starting with the closure of all departments in prisons to counter these attempts.
It is worth noting that tension along the Lebanese Border with Occupied Palestine has been escalating for several months, and its most prominent recent milestone has been the issuing of “Humanitarian” tents by Hezbollah – set-up inside Lebanese territory (in the Shebaa Farms area) – independent action which has aroused the ire of the Zionist (enemy), even though Hezbollah dismantled one tent as a sign of good-will and compromise.
