Cuba: Young Doctors Denounce the Criminal Impact of the Blockade! (31.3.2026)

Since 1948, the UK initiated a Soviet-style healthcare system paid for by collective taxation – and delivered free at the point of use for all people. Since 1979, however, various governments – including Labour, have bent to US and EU pressure to get rid of the NHS and replace it with a US style system of insurance-based care dependent upon income and status (the rich receive better care than the poor). The NHS is slowly being dismantled and replaced with a deficient, ruthless, and uncaring healthcare system designed to bankrupt an individual over just one injury or illness that needs specialist treatment. As a consequence, young GPs today trained in the UK think that free healthcare is immoral and that it is both natural and right for people to pay extortionate amounts of money for medical treatment. Eyes, eyes, and teeth already have completely been privatised and the body is following along. People are suffering in the UK during this transition. Between 1991-2000 around 10 million Russian people died from medical neglect following the rapid and sudden withdrawal of free health in the former Soviet Union. A similar situation must have existed in the fourteen other countries that comprised the USSR. The West ignored this atrocity (seeing it as natural) – whilst capitalist (Trotskyite) Russians treated it with a sense of denial. The US is currently attempting to destroy Cuban Socialism – and I think they are very close to achieving this objective. The capitalist world does not care and will accept all kinds of War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity – just as long as any form of Socialism is destroyed.

Jamaica Expels Cuban Doctors for Trump!

Cuba: Ungrateful Jamaican Government “Expels” Doctors Providing “Free” Medical Services in the Service of Racist Trump! (8.3.2026)

Cuba regrets decision of the government of Jamaica to cease medical cooperation by giving in to pressure from the United States

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba informs that, on March 4, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Jamaica informed our Embassy in that country of its government’s unilateral decision to terminate the cooperation agreement on health matters that has linked both nations for decades.

With this action, the government of Jamaica gives in to pressure from the United States government, which is not concerned about the health needs of the Caribbean brothers.

Cuba deeply regrets that a history of fruitful and sustained collaboration that has brought countless benefits to the Jamaican people, who are now deprived of the basic and specialized health services provided by Cuban collaborators, is underestimated in this way.

In view of the step taken by the government of Jamaica, the government of Cuba has taken the sovereign decision to proceed with the return of the Cuban Medical Brigade. These health professionals leave behind an indelible mark and return to Cuba with the satisfaction of having fulfilled their duty and the permanent willingness to assist wherever their vocation of solidarity is required.

Meanwhile, President Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico has been transferred onto a ship belonging to the Mexican Navy for her safety after the killing of drug lord ‘El Mencho’ – as the Mexican authorities are said to be unable to guarantee her safety on the land. If the Mexican Army is able to defeat the US-backed Cartels (something they have been unable to do in the last 30-years) – then I suspect Trump will then destroy the Mexican government (which has continuously failed to build an effective capitalist and liberal democratic State submissive to the US) – replacing it with a far-right civic-friendly equivalent that worships at the feet of Trump. Mexico needs a (Marxist-Leninist) Red Army.

Diosdado Cabello, Secretary General of the PSUV Con El Mazo Dando

Venezuela: General Secretary Diosdado Cabello Rondón [PSUV]: No Surrender – Standing Firm Against US Imperial Aggression & the Kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro! (8.1.2026)

. The phrase “Con el Mazo Dando” translates as “Hitting with a Sledge-Hammer” – signifying the devastating (dialectical) use of words as a rhetorical weapon in ideological education and communication. Diosdado Cabello Rondón is the General Secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) – and in the below article states that over 100 people were murdered throughout Venezuela by the US Terrorist Acts – and that President Maduro was injured in the leg whilst Cilia Flores received head wounds (this explains why Cilia has not been seen). It is interesting to learn that Maduro insisted on walking (like the man he is) albeit with a limp – whilst his wife – being seriously hurt, demanded that she be kept with her husband wherever he goes. It is thought that this action saved the life of Maduro as Trump would have preferred that loose-end cleaned-up permanently. The point is that Venezuela is a Socialist country through and through and that no one supports Trump’s illegal actions.

By formally invoking the Third Geneva Convention, the captured leader has executed a manoeuvre of dazzling legal sophistication, designed to undermine the architecture of the process against him. This is not an act of desperation, but a move of political judo: Maduro uses the very strength of his captor – the military nature of his apprehension – to force a paradigm shift. If he was extracted by a special forces operation and transferred under military custody, the logic of his defense is implacable: we are not dealing with a police arrest for ordinary crimes, but with the capture of a Commander-in-Chief on the battlefield, which grants him the status of a Prisoner of War.
