The inauguration of the first two modular homes from maritime containers completed in Havana, where awards were given to the executing entities, were also attended by the members of the Political Bureau, Manuel Marrero Cruz, Prime Minister; Roberto Morales Ojeda, Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee; Army Corps General Lázaro Alberto Álvarez Casas, Minister of the Interior; and Major General José Amado Ricardo Guerra, secretary of the Council of Ministers, among other authorities.

Both houses, one adjacent to the other, are different designs and equipped with different materials, in their construction were used remnants of investment processes from tourism and technologies developed by the Revolutionary Armed Forces, whose minister, Army Corps General Álvaro López Miera, also a member of the Political Bureau, supervised the completion of the works earlier.

What Palestinian women have offered in these difficult circumstances is legendary steadfastness, embodying the will of an entire people in the face of occupation and displacement, and affirming that the will to live and live with dignity cannot be broken.

The vast Hwasong area reverberated with the cheers and excited voices of the people enjoying at their windows the beautiful scene of Pyongyang where a new era of prosperity and cultural efflorescence is being ushered in.

Al-Loubani adds, “The decision to dismiss us was signed on April 10, and the letter arrived on April 15. The decision came without prior warning. I have been working for 17 years, and now they want to dismiss me to hire new workers at a lower cost. I am a refugee and I have a son who suffers from a rare disease. The cost of treatment is high, and the economic situation in Lebanon is deteriorating, especially for Palestinian refugees. I cannot find work. All those dismissed have children in university or with medical conditions, and we want to live with dignity.”

The Communist Party, as it commemorates this national occasion, affirms that the battle for the land has not ended. Rather, it is growing more ferocious with the escalation of the occupation’s policies of Judaizing the land, expanding settlements, and enforcing the apartheid system against our people everywhere. Land confiscation, population displacement, and ongoing attacks on holy sites are a continuation of the same criminal and fascist approach that seeks to uproot the Palestinian people from their land. This year, Land Day comes amidst an unprecedented, brutal Zionist aggression, represented by the genocide being perpetrated against our people in the Gaza Strip. GAZA/JERUSALEM, March 18 (Xinhua) — The Israeli army conducted on Tuesday intense airstrikes on the northern and central Gaza Strip, marking the most violent escalation since the ceasefire, according to local sources and eyewitnesses.

Palestinian medical and security sources told Xinhua that Israeli warplanes launched raids of unprecedented scale, triggering successive explosions in several areas of northern and central Gaza.

The sources said that the Israeli army has killed over 200 Palestinians in the coastal enclave.

In an initial statement, the Palestinian Civil Defense said that Israeli aircraft targeted homes, mosques, schools and shelters, resulting in significant casualties.
