District People’s Court must be strengthened to be a good service provider, a pure and transparent administration acting with honesty and a pure and faithful intet toward the profession! This requires paying attention to training court staff to be knowledgeable, ethical, moral and professional in performing their duties, especially judges who are arbitrators on cases considered very important because such judgments and arbitrations touch the life, health, freedom, dignity and rights and legitimate interests of the People! There must be a paying attention to coordination and discussion with the relevant parties of the prosecution according to the process of justice, especially the District People’s Prosecutor’s Office, the District Justice Office, the National Police Officer and other parties involved in the consideration of solving cases that are difficult, complicated, and related to many problems!

Born in China, TCM has also absorbed the essence of other civilizations, evolved, and gradually spread throughout the world. As early as the Qin and Han dynasties (221 BC-AD 220), TCM was popular in many neighboring countries and exerted a major impact on their traditional medicines.

China has launched a series of programs to promote the development of TCM. With curative effects being seen by the public, TCM is gaining popularity worldwide and being widely used in many countries.

Therefore, I would like to call on the entire Communist Party, the State, the Armed Forces and all the People of Laos to preserve and enhance the good (Buddhist) heritage of our nation, to enhance the unity that is a already strong bond, to focus all our strength through encouragement and intelligence in the mission of protecting and developing our nation, and to push the implementation of the two National Agendas (Buddhist and Socialist) into a more formal and integrated order as a means of self-strengthening – in this way we can create a strong and deep transformation in all fields of work in the coming year!

China: Mother’s Mean Age at First-Birth to Keep Rising! (11.4.2023)

The mean age of women at first marriage was 25.7 years old and that at first birth was 26.8 years old in 2017, both much higher than the legal age for marriage, said the NHC, citing data from the National Bureau of Statistics.

The NHC said financial burden, children’s care and women’s worries about employment have become the main factors restricting fertility.

The commission promised that it will improve supporting measures with relevant departments to create a good social environment for marriage and childbearing.

The discriminative acts against the nonwhite people occurring every day in the U.S. clearly demonstrate to the world that the U.S. society is the breeding ground of human rights obliteration and barren land of human rights.

Martin Luther King who was the leader of black people in the U.S. once said that they wish the racial discrimination will soon be terminated forever in the U.S. society and this country will awaken sometime and truly realize his admonition that it is a self-evident truth that all people are equal. Half a century has passed since then, but his desire still remains as a desire.

All the facts prove that racial discrimination is an inevitable consequence of anti-popular social system of the U.S. and in the U.S. – the “exemplary human rights state” short before explosion – genuine human rights can never be ensured.

China: Manor-Turned Museum Tells Changes of Life in Tibet! (29.3.2023)

Tibet is the first provincial-level region in China to provide 15 years of publicly funded education, from kindergarten all the way up to senior high school. By contrast, there was not a single proper school, and the illiteracy rate among young people exceeded 95 percent in old Tibet.

The changes in Tibet are a vivid epitome of China’s reform and development. Chinese modernization is the only correct choice for building a strong country and advancing national rejuvenation, said Yan Jinhai, head of the regional government, in a speech marking the historical movement that ended serfdom in Tibet 64 years ago.

In the past 10 years, Yan said, Tibet has achieved high-quality development, maintained rapid economic growth, and heavily invested in education, medical care, culture, housing, employment, and social security. Tibet has shaken off absolute poverty and kept on pace with the whole country in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
