The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un met with Alexandr Kozlov at the headquarters building of the WPK Central Committee and had a talk with him.

Kim Jong Un appreciated the fact that the bilateral solidarity and cooperation have been closer and deepened in different fields since the conclusion of a new treaty between the two countries.

He said that it is necessary to mutually and powerfully propel the co-prosperity and development of the two countries by further promoting the inter-governmental trade, economic, scientific and technological exchange and cooperation in a more extensive and diversified way as the DPRK-

In Galai Village in Nyingchi City, local villagers put on their ethnic costumes and celebrated the anniversary with a grand, joyful dance. Known for its careful preservation of the local ecological system and robust rural eco-tourism, Galai received more than 110,000 tourists in 2023, with the total tourism income topping 3.41 million yuan (about 480,000 U.S. dollars), providing a significant boost to the local economy.

“Having a roof over our heads was once the dream of our forefathers who had been serfs. For our generation, worries about food, clothing and shelter are a thing of the past as the living conditions in Xizang have continuously improved,” said Tseyang, who hails from Galai. “We are just so lucky to live in this era.”

Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, arrived in Khasan, the border city of the Russian Federation, in the early morning of September 12th, 2023.

Khasan Station was engulfed in a warm welcoming atmosphere as the Russians welcomed our dear Comrade Kim Jong Un, who is on an official visit to the Russian Federation to advance the already glowing friendly and cooperative relations between North Korea and Russia.

At Khasan Station, where the flags of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation were flying side by side, with the Russian Federation Armed Forces Land, Navy and Air Force Honour Guard respectfully standing to ‘Attention’ – accompanied by a military band.

At 6 o’clock local time – the special train carry our dear Comrade Kim Jong Un -entered the Hasan Station area.

Central and local officials, including Comrade Alexandr Kozlov, Minister of Ecology of the Russian Palm Nature Department, Comrade Oleg Komyakko, Minister of Coastal River Administration, came to Khasan to guide our dear Comrade Kim Jong Un and greeted him politely.

Along the expressway, 72 small culverts were transformed into larger ones to facilitate wildlife.

The 294-kilometer expressway crosses Altun Mountains and Lop Nur, both a no man’s land.

As the third major traffic channel linking Xinjiang with neighboring provinces, it plays a significant role in improving living standards in southern Xinjiang and accelerating the construction of projects under the Belt and Road Initiative.
