Logically, the key sectors of the economy continue to be a direct target, such as energy, the military or defense, metals and mining, security and finance, but it does not mean that they are the only ones, because they are charged against those who provide substantial aid, financial, material and technological support. In other words, anyone can be subject to sanctions, and the result is to prevent people from entering Cuba from the large investment to that individual help that provides the medicine that a sick child urgently needs. Because the blockade and each new order, measures or strategies that expand it, that extend its scope, do nothing more than accentuate the suffering of a people, in whose collective punishment they have been committed sick with hatred and impotence.

Israel is armed and financed by the US, UK, and EU and acts as a destabiliser of Arab culture in the region – which otherwise would become independently rich and powerful through oil revenue. To prevent this, the Israeli and US military has cooperated to destroy all Arab Socialist countries (Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and Syria – whilst threatening Iran) – and/or convert any existing Arab States that might unite to resist Israel (Egypt, Qatar, Jordon, Saudi Arabia, and UAE, etc) to mere of lackeys of the West and Israeli interests. The USSR cut-off diplomatic ties with Israel in 1952 – but the Trotskyite Khrushchev reinstated them in 1956. In 1967 – after a massive Israeli land-grab in Palestine and Syria – the USSR (and Communist Bloc) severed all ties with Israel and this was the case until 1991.

Being brought up in the era of the US exporting its own particular brand of anti-intellectualism, the youth of the West were erroneously taught that up was down, left was right, back was front – and all kinds of other contradictory falsehoods.

NHS: Privatising GPs Told to “Stop Killing Patients” Unnecessarily! (23.9.2025)

The Department of Health said many GP practices already used the correct approach, but that Jess’ s Rule would make this “standard practice across the country”.

Health and Social Care Secretary Wes Streeting thanked Jess’s family, saying they had campaigned tirelessly through “unimaginable grief” to ensure Jessica’s legacy helps to save the lives of others.

“Patient safety must be the bedrock of the NHS, and Jess’s Rule will make sure every patient receives the thorough, compassionate, and safe care that they deserve, while supporting our hard-working GPs to catch potentially deadly illnesses,” he said.

Paul Callaghan, from Healthwatch England, which represents people who use health and social care services, said the rule should be implemented “quickly and consistently”.

“It’s also imperative that specialist teams have the resources to deal with potential increases in demand, resulting from increased referrals,” he said.
