Cuba: Marrero Cruz – “The most Important & Difficult Stage Begins with the Implementation of the 176 National Transformations!” (31.7.2026)

Towards the end of his speech, he said that recently the Executive Committee of the Council of Ministers approved an important budget to pay the debts contracted by state entities with producers of milk, meat and other agricultural productions in order to settle the debts, information that will arrive in detail in the coming days to Cuban peasants.

The agricultural producer, district delegate and deputy for the Havana municipality of Arroyo Naranjo, Emilio Interián, told Parliament that he has no doubt that these measures will be the solution to many problems: “The decisions approved exceed those we proposed or came to think. Results will be seen by the day. Their impact will be short, but on their own they will not solve the most critical problems that the population suffers.”

At another point in his speech, the legislator recounted the vicissitudes that the population is experiencing due to the prolonged power cuts and was critical in denouncing a group of problems that, from his experience as a grassroots delegate, he faces in Arroyo Naranjo.

Early on Friday morning, 28 July 1944, a passenger on the 89 bus on Belmont Hill watched as a V1 flying bomb fell to earth behind the Lewisham Clock Tower.

UK: Lewisham WWII Nazi German “VI Bomb” Plaque to be Replaced! (30.7.2026)

My mother’s family were bombed-out of Lewisham in the Nazi German blanket-bombing of Lewisham in September, 1940. Tens of thousands had to fircibly relocate to the Chislehurst Caves (then situated in Kent). They went on foot – walking miles to gain safety as the UK government had nowhere to put them. Eventually, the owner of the caves agreed to this – and the government assisted the people to establish an underground town which lasted until 1948 – when the Labour Party finished building new Council Houses. As for my mother’s family – they were relocated to Oxford on the grounds that one of their relatives already lived there (I think a cousin had moved there at some point before this). Obviously, Lewisham still possessed a working-class population – as the plaque discussed in this article commemorates the 51 people killed when a VI hit the Market Area during 1944. By this time, my family had established themselves in Oxford (the men joining the military) – and a large part of the Lewisham population was now living in the Chislehurst Caves.

The Shaolin Temple was founded by visiting Indian monks to China long before Bodhidharma arrived (in 528 CE), Sitting and clearing the mind has always been the primary skill. However, many other temples and spiritual centres also combine seated meditation with “moving” meditation in the form of martial endeavour (it is even hinted at in the Book of Change). Although the Shaolin Temple is famous – it is in no way the only place martial arts are practiced for health and self-defence. Master Xu Yun changed the law in China by integrating the Vinaya Discipline with Chinese Secular Law. Failing to uphold the Vinaya Discipline is tantamount to breaking the law. What is happening to the former Head Monk of Shaolin – Shi Yongxin – is entirely due to the legal reforms that Xu Yun initiated in the early 1950s as a means to protect China from going down the Japanese path of abandoning the upholding of the Vinaya Discipline. Russia – and the Soviet Union – gave the World Proletariat hope! When I was a child, I saw a TV programme which featured Lenin stood on an old cart saying that all exploitation, oppression, and injustices were now over!. I was around ten-years old at the time and yet it is a pivotal moment in my life. I think the BBC had put-out a series called the “People’s Century” – regarding the Socialist Revolutions of the 20th century. The BBC now hides this series as being too left-wing – but I will never forget it. Although the Soviet Revolution ultimately failed – and modern Russia is now capitalist – I still have a soft-spot i my heart for all things “Russians”. Russia is dialectically correct to fight Neo-Nazism in Ukraine – a disgusting ideology instilled by the odious Obama Administration! Well-done Russia – there are millions who love you around the world – and over a billuon in China! North Koreans have shed their blood for you. Please help Cuba if you can!

Experts Believe Tel-Aviv is Behind Polanski Debacle!

UK: Zia Yusuf – “Calling for Beheading of Nigel Farage – Incitement to Murder!” (28.7.2026)

In a post on X, the Metropolitan Police said: “We received a third-party report relating to an image shared on social media. We take reports of this nature extremely seriously, and officers are conducting enquiries into the matter.”

The words “We’re only making plans for Nigel” are the same as the lyrics of a 1979 song by band XTC.

The Green Party spokesperson said: “Zack condemns the image on the T-shirt. He was tagged in a post with 20 images and clicked accept without realising there was more to it than he had seen.

“The T-shirt is clearly in poor taste, especially at a time of heightened fears for the security of public figures, having experienced multiple threats himself.

“He and the Green Party call on everyone involved in public discourse to show kindness and not encourage more division.”

The BBC understands Polanski has not been contacted by police.

US Neo-Imperialism is killing Cuba and these posts are merely documenting this crime as it unfolds. When the USSR collapsed in 19991, many of us switched to financially donating to Cuba in an effort to beat the blockade. Yes – it was basically small amounts – but it all added-up in a time prior to the internet. Of course, an individual cannot take the place of the State – particularly members of the working-class who do not possess very much income and whose resources are always stretched. The capitalist countries outside of the US do not care about Cuba – as they support the destruction of all Socialism. Those Socialist countries that do exist are either developing themselves (and exist in various stages of poverty), or are immersed in the capitalist system (through trade) – so that they cannot provide an alternative to it (as the USSR used to do). Merely complaining every so – often using words – does nothing to prevent the strangle-hold the US has on Cuba. The US is creating poverty – and then blaming Socialism for this poverty. It is an old US trick (after centuries of making immense profit and wealth from African slavery – the North impoverished the South through a sea blockade – claiming “slavery is unprofitable”). Economic terrorism is the American way. As with Saddam Hussein’s Iraq – after years of sanctions killing Iraqi people – the US switched from sanctions to bombs and bullets to speed-up the process.
