District People’s Court must be strengthened to be a good service provider, a pure and transparent administration acting with honesty and a pure and faithful intet toward the profession! This requires paying attention to training court staff to be knowledgeable, ethical, moral and professional in performing their duties, especially judges who are arbitrators on cases considered very important because such judgments and arbitrations touch the life, health, freedom, dignity and rights and legitimate interests of the People! There must be a paying attention to coordination and discussion with the relevant parties of the prosecution according to the process of justice, especially the District People’s Prosecutor’s Office, the District Justice Office, the National Police Officer and other parties involved in the consideration of solving cases that are difficult, complicated, and related to many problems!

Laos Buddhist-Socialist Republic: Heads of the Foreign Relations Committees of the Central Lao-Cuba Communist Parties Meet Remotely! (11.4.2023)

The people of Laos also expressed recognition of the great achievements of the Cuban people under the resolute leadership of the Communist Party of Cuba over the past 60 years – especially those significant to the development of socio-economic construction! This is the continuation of the progressive results of the Revolution in the face of the unjust economic, commercial and financial blockade which the Americans have inflicted over the past six decades!

Appreciating the long-standing unity, friendship and cooperation between the two Communist Parties – the two Socialist States and the ordinary people of the two Lao-Cuban nations – as well as the two Foreign Relations Committees of the Central Party which have been enhanced! Let our two Socialist peoples become ever stronger day-by-day, and contribute significantly to the Revolutionary mission in the two countries of Laos and Cuba! Together, we can complete this mission of peace, friendship and cooperation for regional and international development!

Nepal: Aeroplane Disaster Indicates Regular ‘Maintenance’ Trumps ‘Karma’! (16.1.2023)

What Westerners refer to as ‘luck’ and local Buddhist and Hindhu Nepalese as ‘Karma’ (there are philosophical ‘differences’ which matter little in the context of this tragedy) is relied upon to replace the proper use of engineeering ‘science’ and correct and timely mechanical ‘maintenance’! Passanger-carrying aeroplanes drop out the sky in Nepal not because the Nepalese people are racially inferior (the preferred argument of the Bourgeois media and its Neo-Nazi lackeys) but because no one in Nepal, (that is not enough ‘qualified’ people) possess the engineering skills to ensure the continuation of the proper mechanical functioning of these Western-designed and Western bulit flying machines! This ‘capitalism of the skies’ is a Western-derived habit that has spread all over the world – but not necessarily with all the safety regulations that accompanies the best commercial companies the West has to offer! Capitalism (and its obsession with inverted religiosity) spreading into Nepal killed these people – and not the Nepalese people themselves! Everyone you can see in the video above is a victim of the spread of Western-derived capitalist forces – either directly or indirectly! I only hope that every grown man watching the above video possesses the ‘balls’ to have taken the place of the children that perished!
