“This staggering sum, intended for the provision of healthcare to the most vulnerable, was instead ruthlessly siphoned off through a complex web of fraud and corruption, representing an egregious betrayal of the nation’s trust,” Mothibi said.

“Key officials from the Gauteng Department of Health (GDOH) and Tembisa Hospital are accused of benefiting from corrupt payments that facilitated the irregular appointment of service providers, involving money laundering and fraud through fronting and the use of false Supply Chain Management documentation,” said Kaizer Kganyago, spokesperson for the SIU.

The SIU report said that at least 15 current and former officials have been identified in involvement of activities such as corruption, money laundering, collusion, and bid rigging with improperly appointed service providers at Tembisa Hospital.

In this case, there was even a disgruntled sniper lying on a nearby roof – who then took his own life once he had deluded himself into thinking the world had been changed by his stupidity. It is like the entire country is entrapped in a group psychosis that is self-perpetuating and self-sustaining. Its pointless destructivity reminds me an armour-plated porcupine that has lost its way – whilst stuck in a swing-bin.

What Labour is not telling you about the Moorfields experiment is that it occurred during the Covid-19 Pandemic when face-to-face appointments were replaced with telephone calls. As a lockdown was in place – Moorfields had no other option. As soon as Lockdown was lifted – Moorfields reverted to the traditional model of safe face-to-face appointments in an ever shrinking NHS. Labour is closing down the NHS – and is packaging each stage of this shutting down – as being “an improvement”. Psychic doctoring used to be illegal.

Galloway’s only slither of remaining leftism has been his support for the Palestinians – but when he was accused of being a “White Messiah” by an Arab during a heated debate – Galloway decided to distance himself from Gaza live on air. Until he deletes this – it is clear for all to see. Like an old boxer lamenting his unsuccessful life – Galloway spat “I could have been a contender” If only he had not wasted his time supporting these ungrateful people (many of these online pro-Gaza Muslims were supporting the overthrow of Socialism in Syria – just one of the many pitfalls surrounding this issue). Galloway’s anti-Black racism is legend and I cannot list it all here. Of course, probably about 20-years ago (just after he wore a tracksuit with the word “Cuba” on the front during a stint on Channel 4’s Big Brother) – his viewpoints started to alarmingly lurch to the right. What we see today is many drawn to Galloway’s left-wing past – only to find this new incarnation is (allegedly) a racist bigot admired by many on the right!

On his social media accounts – anyone left-wing who disagrees with Galloway’s fascist viewpoints – their posts are either deleted, or shadow-banned – whilst Galloway simultaneously bleats on about the need for “freedom of speech”. This is an age-old tactic on the right which attempts to silence the left and established the far-rght rhetoric as the norm. The freedom of speech these people want is to hear their own voice without hindrance or limitation. For instance, I am told by an insider that Galloway knows that his detainment will cause an excessive interest and so he will remain silent until his podcast tonight – where he will grift so much money that it will pay for his latest sojourn to Russia and the Middle East! The problem is that the easily led will keep on paying for his fascist rhetoric – whilst mistaking it for leftism!
