In the Gaza Strip, where the war of genocide has been ongoing for more than a year and a half, the entire economic structure has been destroyed, and industrial facilities, factories, and infrastructure have been targeted, resulting in tens of thousands of workers losing their livelihoods amid a stifling blockade that prevents reconstruction and closes the horizon of employment for them. This year marks the 80th anniversary of our country’s liberating itself from imperialist colonial subordination and regaining its national sovereignty. On April 25 in this meaningful year, the birthday of the first revolutionary armed forces of Korea, we have launched a powerful destroyer as an ensemble of our great national power, so this launching ceremony is more significant.

The dawn of the Korean revolution, the establishment of state power which signified that the Korean people achieved their right to independence, and their nearly-a-century-long struggle in defence of the country’s sovereignty have been directly associated with the Juche-oriented armed forces, and the people have achieved victory after victory by relying entirely on these forces.

DPRK: Kim Jong Un Grants Educational Aid Fund [Stipends] to Korean-Children in Japan! (24.4.2025)

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent to the General Association of Korean residents in Japan the educational aid fund and stipends amounting to 287.02 million Japanese yen for democratic national education of children of Koreans in Japan on the occasion of the 113th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.

The educational aid fund and stipends, sent by President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and General Secretary Kim Jong Un for the children of Koreans in Japan in 171 occasions so far, amount to 49 988 590 390 yen.

Lurking behind the war drills the U.S. staged together with its satellites by mobilizing large-scale marine troops including the nuclear carrier is its sinister design to link Freedom Shield with the tripartite joint naval drill and expand the scope of the U.S.-ROK joint military exercises into the U.S.-Japan-ROK joint military exercises in future.

As above-seen, this year’s Freedom Shield revealed its offensive nature as a U.S.-Japan-ROK joint military rehearsal and as a multinational war drill involving even the troops from twelve member states of the “UN Command”.

This military attack by the U.S. is a wanton violation of all international laws including the UN Charter and it is an open encroachment upon the sovereignty of other nation that can never be justified.

I express serious concern over and strongly condemn and reject the illegal military moves of the U.S. which is resorting to its exclusive and unilateral geopolitical ambition while gravely violating the sovereignty and territorial integrity of other countries through the violence of injustice in disregard of international law.
