How odd it is then, to bear witness to a deluge of post-1945 texts which serve to construct an alternative history that would have the unsuspecting reader to believe that whilst Roosevelt was chatting with Stalin and Harpo was making Soviet Generals ‘laugh’ – that most of the population of the USSR lived in Prison Camps and that Stalin was personally involved in a famine he had deliberately caused in (Catholic) West Ukraine! Interestingly, the US Philosopher – Will Durant – who could not read, write or speak Russian, visited the USSR in 1933 (the year of Roosevelt’s Diplomatic Mission) – and claimed a Russian peasant woman stated to him that life was terrible. When asked to produce this woman, he could not – and neither could he explain how he understood or communicated with this woman. Durant appears to be a foreshadowing of the disinformation that was to come out of the US – post-1945.

These fascists played the usual trick of conflating ‘anti-Zionism’ with ‘anti-Semitism! This British Court ruling confirms that every British citizen possesses the ‘right’ in law to hold (or not hold) anti-Zionist viewpoints (which have been a legitimate part of anti-fascist campaigning for decades). I suspect the Interim Ruling of the International Court of Justice – which has indicated Israel is committing ‘Genocide’ in Palestine – has had a certain judicial influence on this verdict!

On January 23rd, 2001, seven “Falun Gong” addicts from Kaifeng City, Henan Province, were so beguiled by Li Hongzhi’s fallacies and heresies – that they set themselves on fire in Tiananmen Square, Beijing! One person was burned to death on the spot – whilst four others were severely burned (12-year-old Liu Siying later died after resuscitation failed). Two other Falun Gong Cult victims were stopped in time. This is the so-called “1.23” Self-Immolation Incident – a Cult-related crime that shocked China and the world. Today, 23-years have passed since the “1.23” Self-Immolation Incident took place – but the painful lessons are still with each and every one of us.
