The UK, until around the abolition of ‘free’ Universal Education in 1988 – had far more in common with the average Soviet Republic – than any Bourgeois (capitalist) State of anti-intellectual America! Even after 1988, the British Welfare State and National Health Service (until 2012) still made the UK a relatively “Socialist” bastion that stood in defiance of both US and EU neo-imperialist ideology! Thatcher destroyed the comprehensive Socialist fabric of the UK – and in 1992 – the after-birth that was “John Major” invited a US “expert” to the UK with the intention of ‘weening’ the British population off of Welfare and health (paid for by collective taxation) delivered ‘free’ at the point of use!

For Trotskyism, the Communist Party of the Soviet Union must be not a united and single militant Party, but a collection of groups and factions, each with its own central organization, press and so forth. And what does this mean? It means that following the freedom of political groupings in the Party must come the freedom of political parties in the country, i.e., bourgeois democracy. We are in these glorious and painful days, and the legendary epic embodied by our people with their steadfastness and resistance, in which scenes of dignity, heroism, nobility and pride are mixed in their finest forms! The pain and deep wounds that stir the heart and conscience display a legendary steadfastness that will remain immortal throughout history! This is all present in the memory and conscience of the nation, free people and the world! Among the fruits of this epic conflict were the massive and unprecedented demonstrations throughout the streets of the world, especially in the countries partnering with the aggression, such as America, Britain, France, Germany, Canada, and others. Public opinion also witnessed important shifts in favour of the Palestinian cause regarding the ongoing Zionist war of genocide against the Gaza Strip.

She continued in her message: “Every Palestinian person we have net on our long journey – from foot-soldiers the Leaders – treated Emilia with kindness, compassion, and love.”

She said: “I will never forget my time as a prisoner – thank you for your kindness – because of this good treatment Emilia will not leave here with any psychological scars. I will mention your kind behaviour despite the difficult situation that you were in – and the difficult losses that befell your people in Gaza.”

She concluded her message: “I wish that in this world we could be truly good friends. I wish you all health and wellbeing and love for you and your family. Thank you very much.”
