Officially, I begin my 63 years with a historic milestone: the installation of the Student Government Council, which from today will have a permanent seat on the Council of Ministers. Maximum integration and cooperation!
👉 One of the most beautiful tasks is to listen to and attend to Venezuelan youth. And I tell you, be certain that all your dreams will come true.
👉 We were discussing in the Council of Ministers the historic moment we are living together with motorcyclists, senior citizens, entrepreneurs, and all social movements, including you, the Student Government Council, driving profound transformations.
👉 Our work, ministers, is to coordinate with the Student Movement and advance in building the Homeland from all high schools and universities.
👉 Let us sit down to listen to and support the youth; let us freely receive their ideas and projects, for they have concrete proposals.
👉 These young people clearly understand the Theory-Practice plan; let us emulate their procedures by applying Simón Rodríguez’s maxim: ‘Learn by doing.’
Let us continue on our path. Everything we want and need is here in Venezuela; I reiterate, let us expect nothing but from ourselves; everything else is siren songs.

Oficialmente, inicio mis 63 años con un hito histórico: la instalación del Consejo de Gobierno Estudiantil, que desde hoy tendrán una silla permanente en el Consejo de Ministros. ¡Máxima integración y cooperación!
👉 Una de las tareas más hermosas es escuchar y atender a la juventud venezolana. Y les digo, tengan la certeza de que todos sus sueños se harán realidad.
👉 Conversábamos en el Consejo de Ministros sobre el momento histórico que vivimos junto a los motorizados, adultos mayores, emprendedores y todos los movimientos sociales, entre ellos, ustedes el Consejo de Gobierno Estudiantil, impulsando transformaciones profundas.
👉 Nuestro trabajo, señores ministros y ministras, es articularnos con el Movimiento Estudiantil y avanzar en la construcción de la Patria desde todos los liceos y universidades.
👉 Sentémonos a escuchar y apoyar a la juventud; recibamos con libertad sus ideas y proyectos, pues ellos tienen propuestas concretas.
👉 Estos muchachos tienen claro el plan de Teoría-Práctica; emulemos sus procedimientos aplicando la máxima de Simón Rodríguez: ‘Aprender haciendo’.
Sigamos nuestro camino. Todo lo que queremos y necesitamos está aquí en Venezuela; lo reitero, no esperemos nada sino de nosotros mismos; todo lo demás son cantos de sirena.
