In light of the convening of the Palestinian Central Council: A Call to Renew the National Resistance Project and Build a Truly Unified Struggle
Our Palestinian people are facing a fateful phase in which attempts to liquidate their legitimate national rights are intensifying, amidst the ongoing bloody Zionist aggression, Western imperialist support, and regional complicity. While our people in Gaza, the West Bank, the 1948 territories, and the diaspora are waging a battle of steadfastness and resistance, the Palestinian Central Council is convening under circumstances that do not rise to the occasion of the historic moment we are experiencing.
The Palestinian Communist Party believes that the structural crisis afflicting the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) cannot be reduced to the nature of the convening or the level of participation in its institutions. Rather, it stems from the loss of a liberation compass and the deviation of the political path in favour of the approach of settlement and security coordination, which has proven its complete failure in confronting the Zionist colonial project.
The absence of a comprehensive national struggle vision, the marginalization of the vital forces within Palestinian society, foremost among them the revolutionary and progressive forces, and the continued exclusion of the resistance approach as a strategic option, are all factors that deepen division and erode political legitimacy and representation. Hence, the Palestinian Communist Party emphasizes the following:
1. The necessity of rebuilding the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) on democratic and class-based foundations, ensuring representation of all the struggling forces of the Palestinian people, especially the popular classes who are paying the heaviest price in confronting the occupation.
2. Rejecting the approach of individualism in political decision-making and calling for the formulation of a collective struggle strategy based on resistance in all its forms, as a legitimate right to confront the occupation.
3. Condemning attempts to promote anti-resistance rhetoric and rejecting any calls to disarm the resistance or hold it responsible for Zionist crimes, considering this a dangerous alignment with the enemy’s goals.
4. Calling for the convening of a comprehensive Palestinian national conference to develop a roadmap for ending the stalemate and establishing a new phase based on unity in struggle, social justice, and national liberation.
The Palestine Communist Party, which has always supported our people and their legitimate rights to freedom and self-determination, salutes the steadfast masses of our people, as well as the martyrs, wounded, and prisoners. It affirms that the battle for national liberation is inseparable from the struggle against exploitation and class oppression, and that Palestine will only be liberated through the will of its people, the unity of its living forces, and its ongoing struggle against the occupation and its agents.
Glory and immortality to the martyrs, and freedom to the prisoners.
A speedy recovery to the wounded.

بيان صحفي صادر عن الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني
في ظل انعقاد المجلس المركزي الفلسطيني: دعوة لتجديد المشروع الوطني المقاوم وبناء وحدة كفاحية حقيقية
يواجه شعبنا الفلسطيني مرحلة مصيرية تتكثف فيها محاولات تصفية حقوقه الوطنية المشروعة، في ظل استمرار العدوان الصهيوني الدموي، والدعم الإمبريالي الغربي، والتواطؤ الإقليمي. وفي الوقت الذي يخوض فيه أبناء شعبنا في غزة والضفة وأراضي الـ48 والشتات معركة الصمود والمقاومة، ينعقد المجلس المركزي الفلسطيني في ظروف لا ترتقي إلى مستوى اللحظة التاريخية التي نعيشها.
إن الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني يرى أن الأزمة البنيوية التي تعاني منها منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية لا يمكن اختزالها في طبيعة الانعقاد أو مستوى المشاركة في مؤسساتها، بل في فقدان البوصلة التحررية وانحراف المسار السياسي لصالح نهج التسوية والتنسيق الأمني، الذي أثبت فشله الكامل في مواجهة المشروع الصهيوني الاستعماري.
إن غياب الرؤية الوطنية الكفاحية الجامعة، وتهميش القوى الحيّة داخل المجتمع الفلسطيني، وفي مقدمتها القوى الثورية والتقدمية، واستمرار استبعاد نهج المقاومة كخيار استراتيجي، كلها عوامل تؤدي إلى تعميق الانقسام وتآكل الشرعية السياسية والتمثيلية.
من هنا، فإن الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني يؤكد على ما يلي:
1.ضرورة إعادة بناء منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية على أسس ديمقراطية وطبقية، تضمن تمثيل جميع قوى الشعب الفلسطيني المناضلة، وخاصة الطبقات الشعبية التي تدفع الثمن الأكبر في مواجهة الاحتلال.
2.رفض نهج التفرد في القرار السياسي، والدعوة إلى صياغة استراتيجية نضالية جماعية ترتكز على المقاومة بكل أشكالها، بوصفها حقاً مشروعاً في مواجهة الاحتلال.
3.إدانة محاولات تسويق الخطاب المعادي للمقاومة، ورفض أية دعوات لنزع سلاحها أو تحميلها مسؤولية الجرائم الصهيونية، باعتبار ذلك تماهياً خطيراً مع أهداف العدو.
4.الدعوة لعقد مؤتمر وطني فلسطيني جامع يضع خارطة طريق للخلاص من حالة الجمود، ويؤسس لمرحلة جديدة قوامها الوحدة الكفاحية والعدالة الاجتماعية والتحرر الوطني.
إن الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني، وهو ينحاز دوماً لصالح شعبنا وحقوقه المشروعة بالحرية وتقرير المصير، يوجه تحيته إلى جماهير شعبنا الصامد، وإلى الشهداء والجرحى والأسرى، ويؤكد أن معركة التحرر الوطني لا تنفصل عن النضال ضد الاستغلال والاضطهاد الطبقي، وأن فلسطين لا تتحرر إلا بإرادة شعبها، وبوحدة قواها الحية، وبكفاحها المتواصل ضد الاحتلال وأعوانه.
