The Department of Refugee Affairs and the Right of Return in the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine issued a statement, saying: The Department of Refugee Affairs and the Right of Return in the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine strongly denounces the measures taken by the UNRWA administration against a number of UNRWA employees in Gaza.
These measures came as a result of American and Zionist pressure in retaliation for the position of the United Nations, in the person of Secretary-General Guterres and UNRWA, and the results reached by the International Court of Justice with its binding decisions and procedures regarding genocide. The suspension of funding by approximately 15 European countries is a real contribution to the genocide against the Palestinian people.
The statement concluded: We call on the UNRWA Administration to rehabilitate these employees, apply legal procedures in accordance with the laws in force in UNRWA, and not submit to the blackmail of the United States of America, Zionism, and the temporary entity.

صدر عن دائرة شؤون اللاجئين وحق العودة في الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين بيان، جاء فيه: إن دائرة شؤون اللاجئين وحق العودة في الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين تستنكر وبشدة الإجراءات التي اتخذتها إدارة الأونروا بحق عدد من موظفي الأونروا في غزة.
إن تلك الإجراءات جاءت نتيجة الضغوط الأميركية والصهيونية انتقاماً لموقف الأمم المتحدة وبشخص الأمين العام غوتيريش ووكالة الأونروا والنتائج التي أفضت إليها محكمة العدل الدولية بالقرارات والإجراءات الملزمة بشأن الإبادة الجماعية.
إن تعليق التمويل من قبل ما يقارب 15 دولة أوروبية هو اسهام حقيقي في الإبادة الجماعية بحق الشعب الفلسطيني.
وختم البيان: نطالب إدارة الأونروا أن تعيد الاعتبار لهؤلاء الموظفين، وتطبيق الإجراءات القانونية بحسب القوانين المعمول بها في الأونروا، وعدم الإذعان لابتزاز الولايات المتحدة الأميركية والصهيونية والكيان المؤقت.
