Blooming in the Warm Embrace of the Mother’s Kindness!
A new civilization – A new life! The North Korean State provides ‘New’ houses in the Northern Bidanseom Workers’ District – a collection of several island located in the Sindo County (a remote Yalu River area)!

The happiness of the people is blooming as with the years of the great Workers’ Party is unfolding in an island village at the northwestern tip of the country – a process which is warmly touching the heartstrings of the people!
Dear Comrade Kim Jong Un – who regards the misfortune suffered by the people as the greatest pain (and spares not even billions of dollars to make it go away) – set it as his first priority to provide modern housing for the residents of the remote (Northern) Bidanseom Workers’ District in Sinto County! These are workers who suffered an unexpected disaster – and made great efforts in the construction process. All issues raised were resolved.
Even so, as if there was love not usually included in such a project, Comrade Kim Jong Un personally intervened and sent many necessities for life – giving specific instructions – ranging from preparing kitchen utensils to delivering firewood!
In difficult times, under the loving hands of the parental embrace of the Socialist State – Comrade Kim Jong Un came even closer to the people and embraced and cared for them with fervent affection! He has provided modern houses that anyone would envy in the face of disaster – which were built in the shortest period of time! Now, these new houses have been opened!
The housekeeping meeting was held on the 11th of July, 2023!
Comrade Kim Chul Woo – Secretary of the North Pyongan Province Party Committee – together with Officials from the relevant sectors, including builders, residents who will live in the houses, (and workers from Sindo County), all participated in the event.
Comrade Ri Yong Chol – Chairman of the People’s Committee of North Pyongan Province – gave a congratulatory speech!
The speaker warmly congratulated the workers who built the new (wondrous) houses – constructed by the Mother of the Nation – our Workers’ Party!
This is an expression of the love for the people perpetuated by the (distant) Respected Leader – who pours out special affection to the islanders with the heart of a true parent who cares more for his children! Although these people are far away – they are treated as if they are nearby! It is said that this is a noble fruit!
He mentioned how the Officials, the working people and soldiers of the People’s Army in Doan who built a new village in Seongyeong! With the might of the military cooperating with the workers – this was a great operation in keeping with the noble will of the Party Central Committee! This collective action is how the sorrow is removed from the faces of the people!
With the unanimous will of all the people of Sindo County – he expressed a suitably ‘measured’ and ‘respectful’ warm gratitude of respect toward Comrade Kim Jong Un! Why the restraint? Well, Comrade Kim Jong Un is spreading the noble management policy of ‘People-First’ throughout this Socialist land – which is magnified through his outstanding ideas and great leadership! He already possesses an infinite noble virtue and carries-out this policy regardless of the response – simply because it is ‘right’ to do so!
The speaker emphasized the need for all Officials and working people to repay the Party’s benevolence and virtue with loyalty by making sincere (unsparing) efforts to achieve practical results and substantial advances in the struggle for the implementation of the decisions of the Plenary Meetings of the Party Central Committee!
At the meeting, ‘House Use’ Permits were distributed amongst the people with great passion and enthusiastic applause from the participants – whilst discussions were held! The Socialist State provides ‘free’ housing to all citizens of the DPRK!
Those in attendance expressed their enthusiasm – stating that the Respected Marshal – unfolds a new history of Grand Construction and Transformation in the Motherland! He brings boundless happiness to the working people in the world – and is truly the real father of all our Nation!
They said that they would transform Sindo County into a Socialist Paradise that is good for living by collectively administering the houses and villages (provided by the Party) and managing the community through a greater efficiency!
Those in attendance cherished today’s glorious happiness and expressed their determination to represent the heroic struggle of the working class more powerfully! This is part of the general guarantee in the march toward the completion of the five-year plan for national and economic development!
The new Housewarming Ceremony then began – which involved the whole village excitedly dancing!
The Officials congratulated the Local Housing Officials – who were at a loss having received a wonderful (free) housing complex they had never imagined as possessing – adding to the shared joy!
The residents of the island village looked up to the skies of Pyongyang with hot tears streaming down their faces – expressing their endless gratitude to the Mother Party of the State – who devoted herself wholeheartedly to building a (wondrous) new housing complex – providing modern living conditions (in Japanese style) to avoid even the slightest inconvenience in life.
The masses hurrahed – and hurrahed again!
In their inexhaustible gratitude – the island villagers (hot tears streaming down their cheeks) looked up to the skies of Pyongyang – and waved the Red Banner expressing ‘Long Live the Workers’ Party’ – over and over again!

신도군 비단섬로동자구에 새집들이경사가 났다

위대한 로동당세월과 더불어 꽃펴나는 인민의 행복넘친 모습이 조국의 서북단 섬마을에도 펼쳐져 사람들의 심금을 뜨겁게 울려주고있다.
인민이 당한 불행을 제일 큰 아픔으로 여기시고 그것을 가셔주기 위해서라면 억만금도 아끼지 않으시는 경애하는 김정은동지께서는 뜻밖의 재난을 당한 신도군 비단섬로동자구의 주민들에게 살림집부터 마련해주는것을 선차적인 과업으로 내세우시고 건설에서 제기되는 문제들을 모두 풀어주시였다.
그러시고도 못다 주신 사랑이 있으신듯 많은 생활필수품들을 보내주도록 하시였으며 부엌세간과 땔감을 마련하는 문제에 이르기까지 구체적인 가르치심을 주시였다.
어려운 때일수록 인민들에게 더 가까이 다가가 열화같은 정으로 한품에 안아 보살피시는 자애로운 어버이의 손길아래 재난의 터전우에 누구나 부러워할 현대적인 살림집들이 최단기간내에 훌륭히 일떠서 새집들이경사가 펼쳐지게 되였다.
살림집입사모임이 11일 현지에서 진행되였다.
평안북도당위원회 비서 김철우동지,관계부문 일군들,건설자들,살림집에 입사할 주민들과 신도군안의 근로자들이 여기에 참가하였다.
평안북도인민위원회 위원장 리영철동지가 축하연설을 하였다.
연설자는 어머니 우리 당의 은정속에 마련된 희한한 살림집들에 입사하는 근로자들을 열렬히 축하하였다.
그는 조국땅 서해 한끝의 섬마을에 펼쳐진 새집들이경사는 가까이 있는 자식보다 먼곳에 떨어져있는 자식을 더 생각하며 마음쓰는 친부모의 심정으로 섬주민들에게 각별한 정을 부어주시는 경애하는 원수님의 인민에 대한 사랑이 안아온 고귀한 결실이라고 말하였다.
인민들의 얼굴에 비낀 그늘을 하루빨리 가셔주려는 당중앙의 숭고한 뜻을 받들고 도안의 일군들과 근로자들,인민군군인들이 군민협동작전의 위력으로 새 선경마을을 일떠세운데 대하여 그는 언급하였다.
그는 신도군의 전체 인민들의 한결같은 마음을 담아 탁월한 사상과 령도,한없이 고매한 인덕으로 이 땅우에 인민대중제일주의정치의 숭고한 경륜을 펼쳐가시는 경애하는 김정은동지께 가장 뜨거운 고마움의 인사를 삼가 드리였다.
연설자는 모든 일군들과 근로자들이 당중앙위원회 전원회의들의 결정관철을 위한 투쟁에서 성실한 노력을 아낌없이 바쳐 실제적인 성과,실질적인 전진을 이룩해나감으로써 당의 은덕에 충성으로 보답할데 대하여 강조하였다.
모임에서는 살림집리용허가증이 참가자들의 크나큰 격정과 열렬한 박수속에 전달되였으며 결의토론들이 있었다.
토론자들은 조국땅우에 거창한 창조와 변혁의 새 력사를 펼쳐주시고 근로하는 인민에게 세상에 부럼없는 만복을 안겨주시는 경애하는 원수님은 진정 우리 인민모두의 친어버이이시라고 격정을 터치였다.
당에서 마련해준 살림집들과 마을을 알뜰히 거두고 더 잘 꾸려 신도군을 살기 좋은 사회주의락원으로 보다 훌륭히 전변시켜나갈것이라고 그들은 말하였다.
토론자들은 오늘의 영광과 행복을 소중히 새겨안고 국가경제발전 5개년계획완수의 결정적담보를 구축하기 위한 총진군에서 영웅적로동계급의 투쟁본때를 더욱 힘있게 떨쳐갈 결의를 피력하였다.
이어 온 마을이 들썩하게 흥겨운 춤판이 펼쳐지는 속에 새집들이가 시작되였다.
꿈에도 상상해보지 못한 훌륭한 살림집을 무상으로 받아안고 어쩔줄 몰라하는 집주인들을 일군들이 축하해주며 기쁨을 함께 나누었다.
희한한 새 집을 지어주고 생활에서 자그마한 불편이라도 있을세라 살림조건을 일식으로 갖추어주기 위해 다심한 정을 기울인 어머니당에 대한 다함없는 고마움에 섬마을주민들은 뜨거운 눈물로 두볼을 적시며 평양의 하늘가를 우러러 로동당만세를 웨치고 또 웨쳤다.
비단섬에 펼쳐진 새집들이경사는 이 세상 가장 위대한 어버이의 따뜻한 품이 있어 내 조국의 앞날은 끝없이 밝고 창창하며 우리 인민은 부유하고 문명한 사회주의리상향에서 행복한 생활을 마음껏 누리게 될것이라는 확신을 다시금 깊이 새겨주었다.(끝)
