On June 9th, 2018. there took place a meeting of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Communist Party Lugansk People’s Republic and Union of Communists of the Lugansk region.

The agenda included: summing up the results of the work carried-out by party organisations, planning for future activities and an assessment of organisation. In connection with the increased frequency of political provocations carried-out against the Constitutional System of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LNR), originating from non-official, pseudo-Communist groupings, whose destructive activity discredits genuine Communist activities,

Resolution of the Presidium CK KPLNRi OO «SKL» states:

1. To consider it inadmissible for Communists to participate in the activities of unregistered public organizations, of (deceptive) or pseudo-directionality.

2. Proven cases relating to paragraph (1) of this Resolution will be considered a violation of Communist Party Discipline, with the violators prosecuted for their actions, including expulsion from the Communist Party and the public organization of the “SKL”.

3. Heads of City and District Communist Party Organizations must bring to the attention of ordinary Communists, the position of the Presidium.

The Presidium of the Central Committee adopted a plan of measures for the summer period, approved a sample of the Membership Card, and also adopted a number of personnel decisions. A sector of cultural-mass and sports work was created, its leader was approved as Andrey Kalashnik. Also, a sector of propaganda, agitation and information work was created, its leader, member of the Central Committee, Andrei Shestov, was approved.
