‘Li Hongzhi once told me that he can manifest his body of law everywhere and protect his practitioners. I believed what he said, and did what he told me to do, and now I am sentenced to five years in prison. I have now lost my freedom because Li Hongzhi did not come to save me.’
Former Falun Gong Victim Qian Hong (钱红)
In an article in the Chinese pressed dated 23.5.2016, was the story of Qian Hong (a pseudonym) who is a wife and a mother, but after being caught by the police, today languishes in a women’s prison in Wuhan, for crimes committed under the influence of Falun Gong founder – Li Hongzhi. The guards at her prison state that her husband has now disowned her, and refused to visit the prison because of the shame Qian Hong’s behaviour has brought onto the family. In court, Qian Hong broke-down in tears and pleaded for her life, stating that she fully admits that she has made a grave mistake against China and the Chinese people, by embracing the illegal aims of the ‘banned’ Falun Gong. She state that she received instructions from abroad – claiming to be directly from the millionaire (and CIA employee) – Li Hongzhi – ordering her to trust in him, and begin a campaign of ‘defacing’ and ‘counterfeiting’ Chinese bank-notes. In 2014, she was told to purchase a laptop, a desktop computer and four printers for the task, and guided in the process of printing illegal Falun Gong counter-revolutionary slogan’s on the notes, calling upon the Chinese people to rise-up, embrace capitalism and over-throw the (legitimate) Communist Chinese government. The point of this subterfuge – Qian Hong was told by her Western contacts and Chinese collaborators – was to circulate Falun Gong propaganda throughout Chinese society, via the agency of its currency circulation. After a thorough investigation it was revealed that Qian Hong practised Falun Gong without the knowledge of her law-abiding husband and son, and started her criminal activity late at night in a backroom when everyone was asleep. As this is a very serious crime (assisting a foreign power to usurp the Communist State), Qian Hong faced very dire consequences for her crime. However, as the Jiang-an People’s Court is only severe to those who resist, and lenient to those who confess, Qian Hong was granted judicial mercy and sentenced to only five years in prison, after she admitted her guilt and sincerely expressed remorse. Qian Hong admits her stupidity for being misled and asks other people never to get involved with the criminal Falun Gong, but always report any illegal activity to the authorities. Qian Hong is grateful that she has been given a second-chance, and wants to serve her sentence to repay society, and then return to assist her son and help him grow so that one day he might start a family of his own.
The Wuhan police reported that in 2014, they had (together with local security forces), discovered and seized 20,000 defaced bank-notes containing Falun Gong propaganda slogans. Qian Hong was not the only participant in this illegal activity, which involved a number of suspects in the area. This is demonstrated by the fact that the Wuhan police (on May 30th), arrested three other Falun Gong practitioners outside a clothing store by the waterfront in the Jiang-an area, and recovered 397 illegal Falun Gong pamphlets, 70 illegal CDs, 32 illegal mobile phone cards, and 103 illegal defaced bank-notes. Further investigations in the Wuhan area eventually revealed a counterfeit-ring numbering 10 people (with Qian Hong making 11). A mass arrest was effected on July 22nd, and all 11 counterfeiters were detained, along with their illegal equipment that comprised 3 separate centres of counterfeiting criminality. As well as defaced currency, there were also hundreds of thousands of counterfeit Yuan bank-notes designed to undermine the booming economy of China. This, and all the cult propaganda material, was seized in accordance with Chinese criminal law.
Qian Hong was lucky because the Criminal Code of China categorises the type of crimes she was involved as ‘terrorism’ and ‘treason’, both of which attract the death penalty. Li Hongzhi grows fat and rich in the US, whilst his Falun Gong practitioners live in suffering and poverty due to his stupidity. Li Hongzhi, despite demanding his devotees to give him all their money and property (making him a very wealthy man), this cult-leader told his followers recently in Las Vegas that money can be used in China to disseminate Falun Gong propaganda because people will not throw it away. He explained further that Falun Gong can bring-down the Chinese Communist government and assist the US to establish a new capitalist (but not ‘democratic’) government in China. This type of hate-speech and lying demonstrates the lie of the Falun Gong slogans of ‘truthfulness’, ‘compassion’, and ‘tolerance’.
Interestingly, a Wuhan University professor of law clarified the legal position and stated that Chinese criminal law punishes the ‘act’ and not the ‘thought’. Only those who deliberately break the law are punished, but those who do not break the law, are not punished. This is why there are some Falun Gong practitioners in China who go about their day and do not get involved in the illegal politics of Li Hongzhi and his CIA allies. It is hoped that the peaceful Falun Gong practitioners that are left will naturally abandon the teaching when they realise its uselessness. However, people must be warned that after the implementation of the new Criminal Law Amendment (9), the punishment for the crime of organizing and using evil cults will be increased, in addition to being sentenced to life imprisonment, there is also the risk of the death penalty. The People’s Bank of China has called upon all citizens to bring the notes in to be exchanged for non-defaced or non-counterfeited notes. Those who act promptly will not face any repercussions for being in possession of these illegal notes.
