Essence of Dao,
Hangs loosely in the clothing.
No fabric can contain hold or detain it,
This does not matter and yet all is exact.
Effort and relaxation appear to change places,
Rotating around a permanently still centre.
True power stems from weakness;
Power taken too far returns to empty dust.
Martial virtue resides in the in and out breath,
And cannot be found anywhere else.
Immortality is refined awareness equal everywhere.
